My family and I stayed August 2025. The house upstairs was wonderful. There were plenty of pots and pans and a coffee pot. The place was lovely. There were chairs and items to use for the beach downstairs under the covered area. The downstairs did have a bug spray smell when we got there and it finally ...

Surf & Sand Hotel
Staf are great super friendly maintenance personnel were extra friendly, only complaint is the soap dispensers in the shower were dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in a while but it was a non issue being that we brought our own

The Pensacola Beach Resort
Everything was perfect! From the courteous front desk help to how beautiful the hotel is. Wonderful ocean view from the top floor overlooking the gulf. The pool was heated and clean. The only thing missing to me was a jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach by IHG
The room was great, and the staff was awesome. However, we should have been notified promptly when it was safe to return to our room after the emergency evacuation. The receptionist was very apologetic about this. Also, it would have been nice to use the pool if it were heated.
