Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The place was nice and a neat layout. All we needed for a quick little stay. I loved the view the best. The area is not really crowded by much tourist junk which was extremely nice. Great location to local nature state parks and bays- we visited quite a few in a couple days

Great location

The condo is in a great location and it was quiet (top floor). We felt safe and it was a fair price for the beautiful view and the fact that it was central to everything we wanted to do. The unit itself needs - deep clean, some TLC and updates.

The property is dated, but clean. It will sleep 6 due to the bunk beds and couch that turns into bed. It was comfortable for two people. The internet is horrible and the TV kept buffing. The view is awesome. There are a few things that should be updated, but it worked for us.

Penthouse beachfront

Great location and beautiful older property. Close to everything and not too touristy or crowded. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and having 1 1/2 bathrooms made it convenient for all guest. Checkin was easy and directions were clearly explained and easy to follow. Only one parking space allotted for guest so plan accordingly. Additional parking next door. We loved our stay.

45 anniversary trip

The place was perfect for 2 people. View is awesome. We slept well on the bed which is great because we both have back problems. The living room furniture could be better, was not comfortable. There needs to be some tile work done in hallway, lose tiles and floor doesn't seem to be level. Also a hole in the ceiling with pipes exposed. We did enjoy our stay.

Not my favorite.

I’ve stayed at Windermere before and loved it but this particular unit was not a good rental. The location and amenities of Windermere are 4+ stars. However, this condo was old and dirty. It needs a good deep cleaning for sure. The fridge doesn’t have an ice maker, the dishes we got out to use were dirty, the shower head dripped on you while taking a bath just to make a few particulars. It just wasn’t a great experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this unit and I wouldn’t rent it again.

Great location and perfect for a getaway!

Me and my daughter took a few days away together and although I was a little concerned about the cleanliness based on other reviews, I found the home clean and tidy. It is an older unit and has the wear and tear of an older beach condo. Loved having access to the washer and dryer and the eco friendly products in the home. The remote control was missing in the bedroom so we couldn’t watch TV in there, but the living room worked great. The beach proximity was wonderful and having a pool when we’d had enough sand was really nice. There is an unleveled tile in the hallway and I bumped my foot on that a few times. The patio door was hard to close, but again, it was due to the older nature of the unit. Overall, we would come back and stay in this unit. The Vacasa team and app made utilizing this unit super easy. Thank you!

Disappointed in Perdido

The property was nice overall however the room was disappointing. There were several issues with the rokm with a damaged shower, a hole in the ceiling, some mold around air vents, and the biggest problem was an air conditioner that did not work. The entire condo would not get below 78 and the bedroom was about 10 degrees hotter. We contacted the property manager immediately but received no service until almost 5 pm the next day and they could not fix it. We were told to."just tough it out" so we had to move mattresses into the living room and open the balcony door to be able to rest comfortably . The manager called us and finally got a service tech but he came late in the afternoon and got it working but changed a setting and it failed again so we had no air the entire stay and the property managers did not seem concerned. I want a refund. The beach was beautiful and the weather was greeat so the entire trip was not bad, just the a/c problem made night time rough.

Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo.
