「Great property and excellent location for a getaway. The private beach and property owner suppling beach chairs was a huge bonus. The weather was windy and chillier than we expected but being in this property was comfortable, cozy, and made the trip perfect.」

Best part was having your own beach in your backyard. Sitting and watching ICW traffic go by, everything from dolphins to barges. Very relaxing. Will be back.」

「My parents, cpusin, and 2 adult children rented this wonderful house for a birthday getaway! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and we enjoyed having 2 living areas. The home was well equipped and in a great location with a quick drive to beach access. Its only a mile to the beach, so easy to walk there too. We will definitely keep The Copacabana House in mind for the future!」

「We took an extended family vacation for almost a week - grandparents, parents, and kids ranging from toddler to almost 10 Our only "complaint" was that monitoring the stairs to keep the toddler from climbing up (and maybe falling down) was out of the ordinary for us The house was immaculate, with plenty of space for everyone in our group Close to everything we wanted to do - but in a quiet neighborhood Recommend this location to anyone who can handle stairs」

「Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure. Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime. Gas grill works great. Thank you for letting us stay for 35 nights.」

「I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.」

「If your idea of camping is in a luxury category then this place is for you! The location and the house are absolutely magical, you have a small shallow water private beach, a very long dock, you can have a private dinner, a nice cigar, or a glass of champagne while enjoying a stunning sunrise or sunset. This is also perfect for well behaved pets, we had a 6 months old Cane Corso and he absolutely loved the shallow water, this place is a little piece of paradise if you treat it as such. Inside...

Amanda was the best she messaged me and always kept in touch giving us great information on where to eat and things to do in case of rain . Love that we could walk across the road to the beach or go to Johnson beach which we liked a lot . Paula pizza there in the complex was delicious! Ice cream was great , felt very safe in the complex as well. The shops there in the complex were reasonably price on there merchandise. We...

「There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty.」
