Check in process was very convenient with code provided before arrival. Pool bands were also very convenient not having to remember a separate code for pool gate. We really enjoyed the beach service that was included with our condo & the supplies that were provided upon arrival. We did find dirty socks behind the dresser & the clothes washer could definitely use a cleaning. The shower drain in the main bathroom was covered in hair also. There was also quite a bit of inconsistency in pool rules being enforced. My husband took our beach towels down to chairs at the pool one day & then came back to our room to gather the rest of our things & the kids & by the time we got back down to the pool our towels had been taken by property patrol & we had to track someone down to find them .

Relaxing couple stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The only things we had go wrong were just few minimal things that the agent/owner had no problem addressing and making my spouse and I feel welcome and really learned why we were there and what we really wanted to get out of the vacation and we got just that! We had a great time walking on the beach and swimming. Thank you David,Jenn, and Heather and rest of the team for excellent service and going the extra mile to make me happy after my tragic loss but we will be back for sure next time with kiddos!!!! Great for the price but some caveats

First and foremost, we had a great time and for the money it was a good deal. Second, don’t expect perfection. There were dried cheerios stuck to some furniture pieces which indicated to me that the cleaning was quick and not exactly detailed. The beds were just not good. In fact both of the master beds just sort of collapsed at the edges and the springs were very noticeable. The mattresses in the kids bunk room weren’t any better. My 3 year old, who asks to sleep on the floor regularly, said that the springs hurt. We had way more space than we needed for a family of 4, which was nice, but be aware that the right side master bedroom has a very annoying and irregular sound that reverberates through it. It sounds like a huge water heater kicking on, or furnace, or trash compactor or something. My white noise machine wasn’t enough to mask it and we ended switching to the other rooms. Also, don’t expect anything from the balcony unless you enjoy watching Hilton Garden employees smoking and want to admire the orange glow of sunset on huge green dumpsters. Lastly, and this isn’t the condos fault- the food at the pools was just not worth it. Now, the great stuff- it’s really conveniently located near the elevators (which may have been what we were hearing in the bedroom) and it’s very affordable. We spent all of our time in the pools and on the beach and didn’t venture far from the condo. Would do it again.

Great stay!

The condo was ready early which was great as we had a late morning flight. It was clean and spacious. Looked exactly as listed! The resort itself is nice. The condo is convenient to the water amenities and fitness center. We have no complaints and hope to stay here again soon!

Overall we had a great stay! Hallway had a bad smell almost the entire week which was disappointing and we only had 3 face towels for the entire condo upon arrival. But, we were able to get more from the cleaning crew on the 2nd day. Very easy check-in and check-out, condo was nice. Highly recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets.

Great unit for the family. Lots of space to hang out. It was easy to get to the pool and beach. Everything was clean. The only complaint inhale is the AC was very loud. Not sure if the owners are aware, but it should probably get looked at and repaired.

Perfect Condo for our family!

Loved it! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great as well. It’s right on the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants. We had no issues at all during our visit. The pool on the property was great and my kids enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay, Waterscape is perfect for families with small children. The chair service was perfect for days at the beach. Our unit had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but lacked some basic supplies, I left our salt and pepper behind for the next family. The beds and pillows were in great shape but I do wish there were an extra blanket or two. The view of the parking lot could be quickly overlooked as you were steps away from multiple elevators, to take you directly to the pool or the front entrance to access convenient restaurant options across the street, at least 3 within walking distance. We did have a slight issue with the AC over filling and spilling into the closet, we called and spoke to the Manager but no one ever came. Luckily my husband drained the unit, we cleaned up the spill and no problems after that. The basics of the unit were cleaned but needed a strong dusting a/o cleaning.. ceiling fans, base boards, glass lamps, glass doors etc.. I thought decor was up to date and the beach theme was perfect. Next time we may choose to upgrade with a better view of the water but this unit met all of our needs.
