Amazing A-frame 5-minute drive from Beach

Come stay at the iconic Perdido A-frame! Walk home from locals' favorite pub & grub, Hub Stacey's at the Point, 0.3 mi., to a one-of-a-kind experience- a 1989 original, upgraded. Smell the salt air! True coastal living, distinctive driftwood throughout, iconic spiral staircase, it is oficially within "Innerarity". A 4 minute drive to pristine Johnson Beach and designed to host 4, comfortably, we invite you to getaway with us and enjoy the property and the proximity!

This local landmark is affectionately known as the Perdido A-frame. When we found the home in its previous condition, we knew it needed a little love to live up to its full glory! The nautical theme has been carefully curated to accentuate the eccentric features of our home, such as the Chicago brick floors, corkboard walls and wood plank ceilings.

Want to escape mundanity and experience Pensacola in a new way? Come share in a part of Pensacola history at the A-frame!

Guests will have private access to the entire A frame with the exception of the storage shed in the backyard.

You will have the entire A frame to yourself, however we are always available in the local area is anything comes up.

Conveniently located on Innerarity Point, a safe residential neighborhood with great restaurants and close to the beach.

Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Great area to bicycle around. Recommend driving to the beach due to traffic.

Please note that this home features a custom spiral staircase. If you or a member of your group has issues with stairs, we recommend you check out one of our other properties.

Also the upstairs bathroom sink has a permanent stain in the porcelain.

Its absolutely a wonderful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay nice and quiet place to just sit back and relax. And its not to far from orange beach, and Pensacola beach its a little further but worth the trip!

Wonderful house

We loved staying here. It’s a short drive to Johnson beach as well as Publix and restaurants. It is a very quiet street and the neighborhood is peaceful. We loved having a gated backyard for the kids to play and the loft on the front to drink morning coffee with the wife. I can’t say enough about the house and the guest service was absolutely incredible on helping us.

Cozy getaway

We booked this property last minute. The host had great communication and the property was ready early! The home was generously stocked, including great smelling hand soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, spices, and plenty of towels and extra blankets! The kitchen had updated appliances and top-of-the line pots and pans! The yard was fenced in, which was nice for the dogs!
