The condo was nice upon first glance, but we were quickly very disheartened to find the floors were left absolutely filthy when my crawling infant was found to have literally black hands, knees, and feet. Trying to keep him off the floors was very challenging. Management was notified of the issue and was supposed to send a cleaning person that evening, but nobody ever arrived. Upon an additional text to management the next day, a cleaning lady came and re-cleaned all floors. We were much happier with the cleanliness of the condo after the cleaner came. In addition to the nasty floors, the curtains in the primary bedroom had massive dust bunnies, lamps appeared to have never been dusted, the sliding door track was filthy, appearing to have never been cleaned, there was mold growing on the wall in the laundry room, dirty foot prints on walls (appeared to be from a child), dust bunnies on vents, fans that did not work, TV remotes that didn't work, and limited dishes needed in the kitchen. The primary bedroom reached 84 degrees every afternoon. Management tried to be helpful and were very kind, but this place is clearly owned by someone who never visits. It needs a facelift aesthetically, a total deep clean, and repairs to some walls that appear to have moisture issues. I loved the location of the condo and we really enjoyed the rooftop, pool and lazy river on the Bay side. We would stay in that building again, but definitely NOT this condo given the premiums we paid.
