A wonderful stay awaits you at this coastal chic 4-bedroom, 4 bath villa that can accommodate up to 10 people & your electric car (there is electric car 50amp charging outlet in the garage). You will have everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & private screened-in balcony. You're just a short walk or drive from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf.



This rental includes a versatile 14-50 charging outlet for any electric vehicle. Tesla owners can simply park in the garage and plug in as a Tesla mobile connector & adapter are included in the garage for your convenience. Please note: There is a golf cart pictured in the garage, this is not included or available to rent. The propane grill and bikes are included for guests to use.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). The main level of this villa includes a guest bedroom with queen bed, full bath, & an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The living room has a large flat-screen 77 inch OLED smart TV & Sonos sound bar (Direct TV Stream in the Living Room & Master Bedroom), & the modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare tasty meals. Traveling with small children? This unit has you covered-it is extremely family friendly with baby gates, a pack & play & high chair.

Your rental includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club-only 1/2 mile away. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, a swimming pool, locker rooms & showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) with food, snacks, & beverages for purchase. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key Resort on a seasonal basis.



Also within Lost Key Resort, you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state of the art Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts (bring your own equipment), & an Arnold Palmer golf course. Lost Key was the first golf course in Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, & this recognition continues to preserve the natural environment & resources of the area. The new state of the art golf clubhouse features a full-service golf shop, men’s & lady’s locker room facilities with lounge areas, & a restaurant and bar with indoor & outdoor seating as well as panoramic views of the golf course.



The villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom, which is located on the upper level has a comfortable, king-size bed, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower, & large, flat-screen smart TV perfect for late-night movies. There are 2 more guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, & also has a smart TV & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, twin trundle, a smart TV, & an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a full-size washer & dryer.
