You'll find it easy to relax within the blue walls of this comfortable condo decorated with a coastal touch. Play your favorite tunes over the Bluetooth sound system to set the tone for your stay. The semi-open kitchen features the appliances and tools you need (plus fun additions like an ice cream/slushy maker), with plenty of seating for both formal meals and casual meals at the breakfast bar. Central air conditioning cools the entire condo. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for additional custom comfort, and guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a balcony entrance to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to sleep, guests can enjoy access to shared amenities like two pools (including one that's Gulf-side), a hot tub, a tennis court, and a fitness center during their stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
