Free beach service is so convenient. 4003 is a beautiful 1 bedroom unit with 1 large bathroom. We loved the roomy floor plan. Furniture in the living area is very nice and comfortable. We loved the balcony furniture. There is abundant storage available. The bunks in the hallway are not comfortable, thin and very hard. King bed in master is firm but comfortable. Booking is always simple and everyone is very helpful at Brooks & Shorey. I’ve used them for years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking forward to a quiet, relaxing vacation while staying in Emerald West Unit 4003. The Unfortunately the property pictures did not accurately portray the living room furniture. The comfortable recliner chairs were nowhere to be found in this unit. There was not a comfortable chair in the entire condo. Previous reviewers commented on the "sloping bed". That has not been corrected. It feels like you are going to roll out of the bed because it sags along the side.These are issues that the owners need to address.

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.
