Home away from home

Condo was exactly as expected. Loved the bar stools on the balcony as opposed to the normal table. Very clean.

Excellent All Around!

Check-in was very easy. Upon arrival, our unit was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have recommended this to all of our friends and family!

Property had just what I was looking for, directly on the beach, balcony with beach view , easy access to the beach, Bed in bedroom was very comfortable Condo was very nice, small disappointment the pool is on the street side in pictures it made me feel like it was beach side, only down fall was bunk bed mattress need to be replaced my grands said they were like sleeping on the floor thank goodness for the pull out sofa bed Grandson was able to sleep on it and we were able to double up the mattress on bunk to make it comfortable for granddaughter,

Nice place

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

BEACH TIME

The condo was nice...could use some updating...and tile floors could use a cleaning...other than that...was very relaxing and LOVED being right on the beach...Also put balcony to good use. Will be back for sure.

It was as expected. Beautiful view, nice safe location and great deal.

This property was as listed but the view was even better than I imagined. I plan on staying here next year. Short walk to the beach, nice location and quiet.

Great Place

This was a really great place to stay, it was very clean. In a really great location, the property managers were really amazing and reached out to let us know about everything we needed. My kids had a great time, and loved how close the walk to the beach was. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Property was very nice , clean . Was impressed.

All was great . Plenty of toiletries and extras . Bed was very comfortable plenty of pillows. Clean and great location, would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Very nice clean updated condo overlooking beach. Loved the high top bar and chairs on the balcony! Resort provides FREE umbrella and 2 chairs per unit on the beach! Will stay there again!

Slice of heaven

Our stay was fantastic! The condo needs a little TLC, but we loved it. The location was top notch on the beach. Perfect for our first Florida vacation.

Good overall

Must say this was the cleanest condo we have ever booked and we have booked many over the past 20 years. Kudos to the cleaning staff! The complex is small and uncrowded—huge plus. Beach service is excellent, usually setup around 8am and taken down at 5pm. However, I would not book this unit again unless the mattress was changed out. My wife and I could barely stand it by the end of our stay. Very soft and unsupportive with deep “ruts” on either side with a ridge down the center. This mattress is worn out. I would expect better for the price

Beautiful View!

The unit was well stocked and the balcony view was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the access to the beach at the end of the building, meaning we had to walk the length of the property, and then walk down a steep paved parking space in order to access the walkway to the beach. However, I would definitely stay here again!

half for the money

had a 2 night family vacation planned , mistakenly we booked only 1, we know it was busy weekend and we were left with no choice but to accept 1 night. condo was dusty, oudated electronics, balcony furniture was still sticky, when arrived we were just told "oh well the washer dryer wont work for your stay" so we had no way of washing our clothes. another owner of a condo unit was always outhere in his balcony screaming at people walking on sand finding their way, pop up on elevator being rude to kids walking on grounds. dusty front mats and door reef or decoration. closet in room full of black trash bags and other stuff couldnt use that closet.other than that it we enjoyed our trip and moved 5 buildings down to a more cleaner and updated host who was kind to help us get a night that we needed. not thru VRBO

Good Stay

Renting the property was easy. The pictures are very accurate in the description of the property. It is slightly outdated in the shower and the patio door handle was almost entirely ripped off which made accessing the patio difficult. I did call them and they offered to send maintenance right away, but we had a short stay and did not want extra people in and out. The bed was comfortable but there’s a lot of furniture in there for such a small room. There was also a random television on the floor next to the wall which didn’t feel like it belonged. Overall comfortable stay, but I will rent a different unit next time.
