Great place to stay in a great location!

The description of the property well matches the experience that we had - well cleaned, well stocked, and in a very great location in the building (end of the hallway on the second floor). The area of Fort Walton is on the quieter side, if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Destin. There is a lot of good restaurants and fun experiences for our kiddos and teenagers. The reason for the three stars for communication is that we never had received the check-in information which led to a lot of confusion and frustration as we were trying to get to a reservation that night upon arrival. The property manager was very receptive and already changed their system so that future renters will have better communication within 24 hours of their arrival. I was very impressed with how they handled things!

Gorgeous decor all throughout the condo. Very close to the beach.

Everything was amazing and the color scheme was gorgeous! The only 2 issues we had were that there were very few handicap parking places that are not assigned and we had a handicap parent with us so unfortunately we didn’t get the parking places for her. The only other issue was the living room furniture. The couch was so low and uncomfortable for older people. There was only one small couch and 2 small chairs to accommodate a 4 bedroom condo. Everything else was perfect and the person we talked to was extremely nice.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed and was plenty of room for our group of 12. The patio is amazing with beautiful views and watching dolphins was a favorite for our kiddos! We hope to come back again soon! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful views

The condo was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant). They had everthing you needed, especially for the toddlers. The views were beautiful. Location was great too. Very clean and decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for allowing us to share your home and make great memories to last a lifetime!!

Beautiful condo!!!!

We LOVED staying here for the week. We saw the pictures online and read reviews and honestly it was better than expected. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. We could all spread out and have our own space. We tried lots of new restaurants, went on a dolphin cruise and spent our days as a family on the beach. We used the pool, hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. We actually loved our stay so much that we booked it for next year while we were still on vacation. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Annual Family Vacation

This property is by far one of our family’s favorite rental properties! The condo is very spacious, decorated so cute and “beachy”, and has a well stocked kitchen with anything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend for a fun-filled family vacation!!

Fabulous Property

Loved the location, more private than the more touristy places, and had everything you could want for a beach vacation (pool, balcony, oceanfront). Had no issues getting chairs or umbrellas both at the beach and at the pool. And the condo was lovely!

Home away from home!

We had a great time at BLU 207 this past week! The condo was the perfect setting for our small family vacation and had everything (and more!) than what we needed. The condo even had great accommodations for our young kids (two pack-n-plays, games, toys, beach toys/gear, high-chair). The location of the condo was perfect. The beach was just short walk from condo and and was very clean and powdery soft sand. Not to mention waking up to the view of the ocean was breath-taking every morning. We had the best time and would highly recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Coastal Vibrations. We had a minor inconvenience entering the property but the owner addressed it immediately and had help within minutes to get us in. No big deal. The decor was well done. The kitchen was well stocked and I even told my wife that we had a lot of the same utensils at home. It felt like home! The views were to die for and we had a 2 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Excellent location. We will be back!

Will stay there again and again.

This property is stunning. Very well stocked and more supplies than we needed. The unit even had beach toys and equipment for personal use. The beds were all comfortable (no complaints from anyone). There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room to be a family and be on our own. The balcony was especially awesome. I think everyone spent a ton of time out there enjoying the weather and view. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything and then some.

Perfect Condo for large gathering

We came to the Fort Walton Beach area for a youth softball tournament. I needed space for me, my wife, coaches, and a player. This condo was perfect for the 7 of us!!! 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, 3 full bathrooms made our stay extremely comfortable. Loved the large balcony; my wife slept outside listening to the waves at least 4 nights. The gas oven/stove was a pleasant surprise as we cooked nearly all of our meals- fresh seafood. Loved, loved, loved the place and would come back in a heartbeat. It has been a few years since we have stayed in Destin/Fort Walton area but this is, by far, the very best condo we have ever had! Management/ownership was super responsive and complete with all communication. In short, simply awesome!!!

Great week in the sun.

We stayed in 207 last year. The weather didn't cooperate last year, but the condo was perfect. This year we had great weather and the perfect condo.
