「The purpose of what I needed from staying at this motel was served. The family that owns this property takes very good care of their business, they care for the yard and rooms. Everything was clean and nice. Chris that works there as housekeeping was very sweet and hard working. If I came back to Pensacola I would most definitely stay here again. Great value, good location to get to Gulf Breeze or the airport. This location seems to be in the middle. 」
「Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price.」

「The staff was friendly. Though you do not get room service every day, you could still get items you need or trash changed out. The only issue is the beds could be softer. Other than that, the stay was great! 」
