THE SPACE
The House
Sunpop has been completely renovated from the inside out — new designer wallpaper throughout, custom neon lighting, freshly painted exterior, and a converted garage that's now one of the most epic game rooms on the island. This isn't a rental that "sleeps 18." It's a house built for 18, where nobody is sleeping in a closet and nobody is fighting over the bathroom.

Every bedroom is outfitted with luxury linens. The bathrooms are clean, updated, and actually equipped for a large group. Parking for multiple vehicles directly on the property means no circling the block after a long day at the beach.

Game Room #1 — The Arcade
This full game room houses 3 arcade consoles, a poker table, and a shuffleboard table. Grab a spot on one of the bean bags and watch a movie on the 60" Smart TV. Whether your group is doing tournament nights or just killing time between beach sessions, this room earns its keep every single day of your stay. Expect arguments over who's up next.

Game Room #2 — The Rec Room
The second rec room means nobody has to wait.
Pool table. Foosball. Air hockey. Three games, zero downtime. This room runs constantly — morning, afternoon, and long after the kids are supposed to be asleep. If you've ever rented a house where one ping pong table had to serve 18 people, you'll understand immediately why having a second dedicated rec space changes everything.

The Backyard — Resort Mode, Private Setting

Pool
A full-size private pool, ready for laps, lounging, and chaos. A volleyball net strung across the pool turns any afternoon into a full-on family tournament. There's even a basketball hoop poolside for the ones who can't leave their game at the court.

Guest access
You'll have the entire property — all 5 bedrooms, both game rooms, full kitchen, pool, hot tub, sports court, and all outdoor spaces. Every amenity listed is available for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay.

Multiple vehicles can park directly on the property. No permits, no off-site lots, no hauling gear from a block away.

Other things to note

The hot tub is detached from the pool and can be enjoyed simultaneously by separate groups.

The kitchen is fully stocked — no need to track down cookware or specialty items on arrival.

We ask that guests treat the space with care. This house was built for memorable experiences — help us keep it that way for the groups that come after you.

Please review house rules carefully. We want your stay to go smoothly from check-in to check-out. There is a security deposit of $750 per stay. This is for damages to the property and is refunded to you at checkout if no damages are incurred.
