Gorgeous GULF FRONT Condo 2bed/2bath at Emerald Isle

  • Gulf-front 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with stunning views, located at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach. This beautiful unit features numerous upgrades including quartz kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances. Flat-screen TVs are located in each bedroom, with a 50-inch TV in the living room.

    Emerald Isle is just a few blocks from the center of Pensacola Beach, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars. This luxury high-rise condominium offers excellent amenities including a Gulf-side fitness room, two community pools (one heated during the off-season), a community hot tub, and a sauna.

    Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach from your private balcony. Some beach gear is provided and can be found in the storage cage on the first floor.

    Sleeping Configuration:
    Master Bedroom: 1 King
    Second Bedroom: 1 Queen
    Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

    We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

    Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

    Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

    Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. This unit is not pet-friendly. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from anyone other than the reservation holder. A maximum of two cars is allowed per unit.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Sand and beach play; beautiful balcony view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets; heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks from the breezeway by the elevators. The accommodations of our rental unit were very thoughtful and comfortable, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay..

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo was clean & staff were responsive and friendly. Easy check in/check out process. The location was perfect- everything we needed was within short driving distance and many restaurants are just a short walk down the beach. Our only complaint was the code to the gate not always working and requiring a new code the day prior to checkout.

Amazing 15th floor view

Perfect condo. Emerald Isle is an amazing place. Pristine beach, perfectly maintained and beautiful condo. Native Cafe is across the street! Walk to Flounders. The only place we like to stay when we are in Pensacola

Great Unit - Highly Recommend

We are from P'cola and go back to the beach at least every other year. Emerald Isle is our favorite place to stay and this unit didn't disappoint. It was very clean, had nice furniture, was well stocked, and the check-in and check out process was a breeze. Despite the unfortunate weather, we thoroughly enjoyed this unit and would stay again. We highly recommend!

Great ocean view from balcony

The view from balcony was great. Sunshiny days. Weather turned windy and a bit cold. Property managers were excellent. Minor things were handled quickly. Sound on remote and batteries replaced. Would return to this property.

Great location

We were very impressed with the location and the view of the moon coming up over the ocean. We saw dolphins and sting rays in the ocean right from our balcony. And the beach was not over crowded. The owners provided us with chairs, so we did not have to rent them. The only problem we had is that we never received a rental agreement to sign until the morning we were going to leave town on our trip.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We love the location, and the condo was nice! I do have some suggestions though, the condo could use a good deep clean, and a decent set of pots and pans. The mattress in the master bedroom is terrible, it's extremely HARD, I would highly recommend getting a softer mattress.

As it was my 4 month olds first beach trip, we stayed in the condo more than usual. The kitchen appliances and TV setup were fantastic. There were a few minimal things with the condo that we brought to the rental company’s attention but nothing urgent. If I could make one suggestion it would be to put softer mattresses on both beds. Beds were very hard. Overall great stay, very clean and cozy condo.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with... plates, bowls, pans, pots, utensils, etc. Although these would not deter us from staying at this property I want to list them as suggestions to condo owners... only cons we found were: the patio furniture was not comfortable to sit in for longer than about 30 minutes; entry would be more convenient if it were a keypad vs an actual key; the ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom only has one speed; shower head in master bath is not powerful & sprays in different directions & lastly, we were told other condo owners rent umbrellas & chairs on the beach... that would’ve been nice as they’re $50/day but again, we would still stay here, 100%!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We couldn't get any any hot water from the kitchen sink,but lots in the bathrooms. We were surprised with all the taxes and add on fees. We have stayed at many condos in other areas,but this was the most expensive for Nov. We enjoyed our stay,but the charges were too high for us

Very unsafe and a hassle for a family of 5 who all need a key. There’s a reason why these are not used anymore. Please invest in a keypad door lock. The living room could use a new rug.

It was so wonderful to stay in an updated condo!!!! The fact that we had to have codes everywhere was great also. It maybe would have been nice to have a latch on the door into the condo or some other form of security to lock at night besides the deadbolt, especially when women stay alone in the unit.

Beautiful beach view! Place was clean but master bath tub jets need a thorough cleaning due to mold. Shower curtains in both bathroom also have mildew/mold and need replacing. The rest of the rental appeared clean with no bugs! Beds were comfortable!Entire property is being renovated so be understanding. Three out of four pools were open as well as the hot tub. One pool was being renovated. I would rent it again. Office personnel and staff were friendly.

The entire process from check-in/out was outstanding. Pensacola Beach Rentals was the agent handling and was very polite, timely and on point. We had very little need to contact them during our 30-day stay in this beautiful condo on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 couples in or our group. It was perfect for a weekend getaway, we could walk everywhere. Right on the beach, as depicted, perfect view of the Sunday evening fly by of the Blue Angels and Fat Albert. Didn’t use much in the kitchen but appeared they had lots of items that you would need. I prefer a little more personal touch when it comes to communication. But we had all the info we needed and no problems what so ever.
