Come make Blue Palm Cottage your home away from home and live the island lifestyle in this very well maintained, beautifully updated 1950s beach cottage. Your family will love being able to spread out across two separate indoor living areas (a smart TV in each) and the beautiful, oversized back patio. Grill fresh fish and dine al fresco or cozy up by the fire pit - there's room for the whole family! Our fully fenced backyard also includes lounge chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and a crow's nest! Plus, there are no stairs to climb!

Blue Palm Cottage is just a short walk to world famous Emerald Coast beaches on the Gulf of Mexico or calm, quiet soundside beaches that are perfect for kids. Perfectly situated in the first neighborhood past restaurants & shops, this is a fabulous homebase for your beach vacation!

Past guests especially loved the location (so easy to get everywhere), coastal cottage charm, back patio (indoor/outdoor living), cleanliness(!), and the little extras we keep in our home that you don't find in most rental units. We try our best to provide everything our guests need to feel at home!

Blue Palm Cottage is in easy biking distance of just about anywhere you could want to go on the island. Whether you decide to ditch the car and bike to dinner or ride to a secluded beach for a breakfast picnic or to catch a sunset, it is all possible! In fact, we rarely use our car when staying at the cottage - the bikes really take the laid-back, easy island lifestyle to the next level. If you are interested, let us know and we can leave our bikes for your use.

If you are looking for an upgrade to your work from home surroundings, this is the place. We've got you covered with fast wifi and a desk in the sunroom. Both interior sunroom doors can be closed and the room has its own HVAC unit to keep you comfortable while you work. Close proximity to restaurants and beaches allow for an epic lunch break!

No sticker burs, fenced in back yard, my dog loved the patio fans. Kitchen and bathroom very stocked with every thing. All the beach stuff you need, even beach towels. Great location to walk to every thing. We rented a golf cart to go to dog beach. Call Kim she will answer any questions and very nice to rent from. This is our 9th place to rent in Pensacola Beach and my favorite with our dog.

Amazing place with everything you need.

Kim was amazing the whole while there. Very attentive and responsive. The house was perfect. We loved sitting around the fire at night. We didn’t need anything when there. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries and anything else we may have needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing house and great host!

The villa is exactly as advertised. The house was immaculate and well equipped. We loved the backyard and porch. I really can't say enough good thin gs about this place. The location is great, within walking distance of several restaurants (including a couple that are pet friendly)In addition, Kim is a great host. She provided great instructions and information regarding the local area. Really could not as for a better host or experience.

Incredible.

We stayed here during the historic snowstorm in January. The host Kim is amazing, we were able to check in early on Jan 21st before the storm hit. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable, the location is amazing. We especially liked the back patio and the use of the bikes. Additionally, the cottage had everything that we needed. Great place to stay.

Humble Hideaway in the Dunes

The house was exactly as pictured, surprisingly a little more spacious than expected, the location was perfect and the host could not have been more kind. My wife and I loved our stay and our dog enjoyed it even more! Being able to wake up and be at the beach in under 5 min is such an underrated quality. An amazing stay!

Really unbelievably perfect. The house was so perfect and clean. Kim was awesome from start to finish. Best place we’ve stayed without a doubt. Location is great. I’m actually about to book again in the next couple of weeks for spring. Can’t brag on the house and owner enough!!

The home was both amazing and very comfortable in every way. So many "extras" were provided and much appreciated. Host was wonderful and responded immediately to any of our messages. We had a dog with us so having a completely dog friendly and dog accommodating home was great. Our dog's favorite place was up on the view deck!

Great house/location

We loved everything about the house, the back patio, loved it so much, the outside shower for us and the dog was great, we chill a lot in the evening since we are on the beach most the day so we grilled out and watched TV, very comfortable space. We found the closest beach three blocks from the house and loved it! Thanks to Kim for sharing this great property!

Exceeded expectations

My wife and our dogs enjoyed our trip. I’ve rented a number of properties and cabins in recent years. You never know what you will get: either pictures are misleading or fully equipped is barely equipped. The home is as depicted in the pictures-even better in person. I’ve never rented a house or cabin that was as well equipped as this one. I won’t list everything but from cooking utensils, appliances, ingredients to a first aid kit… this house had everything including beach gear. We could’ve literally brought only our clothes or only a couple ingredients to bake or cook a full meal. The patio is very nice and the fenced in yard meant our dogs could roam free. The property and owner are very dog friendly and accommodating. There are even dog food bowls, listings of dog friendly places, and contact information provided for a local veterinarian in case of emergency. You can tell Kim truly cares about those renting and you feel as if you’re in a family friend or close relative’s home.

Fabulous Find!!

This house may be older, but it was absolutely the cleanest house I've ever rented! Kim was the best to respond to any and all questions. Very comfortable beds, plus plenty of extras in the kitchen to make gourmet meals! Please try the two close beaches ... private and neither one was busy. We used her two bikes and had the most wonderful time exploring before any traffic was about! 7:00am Quiet neighborhood as well.

Dream Vacation House!

This beach bungalow exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos of the house and property are great, but it is even better in person! This is the cleanest rental I have stayed in. I am one to clean when I arrive, and all of the cleaning cloths stayed white. The house is so well stocked! Seriously, the host thought of everything down to protein shaker bottles, a blower to clear sand from the patio, and a roll of bags for dog poo pick up! The location is amazing! The beach is right across the street and never even close to crowded. Restaurants, breakfast to fine dining, are walkable. My children are lamenting that we aren't back at the "beach house" yet! The host is amazing and incredibly helpful!

Pensacola Beach Pet Friendly Gem

Great older ground level spacious cottage nicely updated and very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. The fenced yard was pet escape proof which made it easy to let them out. Nice large well furnished covered patio to sit outside with them - my wife especially loved the swinging rope chairs. Great location within an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops, beach, etc. it was nice to find a place here without the need for elevators or stairs to deal with. The owner, Kim, was great to communicate and deal with.

Just what the Dr ordered.

Our 1st trip to Pensacola Beach was even better because of our stay at this beach house. The location was ideal, the neighborhood was quiet, and the patio/yard was very relaxing. The host does a fantastic job communicating and accommodating any last minute needs or concerns. We loved the true Florida feel the home provided, it felt very comfortable and offered the space and amenities we needed for our stay. Our dog woke up and went right outside to hangout as much as she could, she loved it too. We’ll be back, hopefully very soon!
