Amazing location on the border of Little Italy, Chine Town and Soho. The room was big for New York and had a comfortable bed and big walk in shower. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, though very busy location. The staff at the hotel is excellent. The property is a little dated, but it really isn’t an issue at all. The size of the rooms can’t be beat. We had a cathedral view, and it was stunning.

Aug 7, 2019Most of the ride operators are shockingly gruff and openly disdainful toward the visitors. The experience at the park was otherwise amazing, but it made us uncomfortable more than a few times to witness such unnecessary rudeness. Not to be agist, but in general it was the older park employees who struggled to be polite. The young people working there were uncommonly kind and professional though.
