"My friends and I stayed here for a girl's weekend. It was really a perfect stay. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. The house is so cute and beautifully decorated. There were so many little details that made us feel we were somewhere special--the kitchen had coffee, tea, and snacks set out for us. The bathroom had nice toiletries and we had plenty of towels for our group of five. The backyard patio looked very cozy and is set up for relaxing in privacy. We loved it!"

"14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. "We couldn't have had a more positive experience! The apartment was extremely well equipped with lots of little extras and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. The neighborhood is very enjoyable, good restaurants, galleries, shops, and an awesome little ice cream place across the street. An easy drive to Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Museum and other interesting places. Our hosts were fabulous. One evening a smoke detector battery ran low and started beeping and they were here in minutes to replace...

"A wonderful place for all 6 of us adults to stay for a fun filled weekend for a family wedding. Beautifully done, well appointed house with an awesome view! It borders the canal trail, a five minute walk to the bike rental, and a great place (Schaffer’s) for dinner and entertainment. Our hostess was prompt, available at just a text message away. "My daughter was graduating from university of Delaware so we rented this place in Wilmington. Pretty easy drive back-and-forth from Newark to Wilmington. The place was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our five-person family. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use as well. The only issue was no patio furniture in the back deck area."
