「Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!」

「The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.」

「We made a great choice staying here. The house is clean, well-maintained, and it is obvious a great deal of thought has been put into the comfort of guests. There is plenty for kids of all ages to do as well. Annette 9the owner) was very friendly, proactive, and available throughout our stay. 「My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!」

「We we're all thoroughly impressed and didn't want to leave! :-p The pictures truly don't do this rental justice. The kitchen island/gas stove range made preparing family dinners extra special, as we could sit around the island, chat, and help each other without overcrowding the "chef" in charge. Plenty of pots, pans, and there's even a crockpot! The kitchen sink looks out onto the deck with a calming, serene view. 「We had a family reunion with 21 people stay at Forest Cottage. There was plenty of space, our children ages 1-11 loved the “park” as they called it, which was the large, completely fenced play area out front which we could watch them play from the front deck or from the many windows in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped with many pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is a big closet with lots of family games. Plenty of bedding and towels are provided, as well as hand soap, TP, and paper...

「We visited with old family, and met new family in this quiet, beautiful location. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was plenty big enough to cook for everyone, and there was even extra room in the fridge in the garage. We did have one minor issue with a water leak, but it was quickly addressed by the hosts who were incredibly responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a beautiful location in the Auburn area.」
