For shared use: property 10'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Slide, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (16.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Cook on request (extra). 1.8 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Pontassieve" 7 km, sandy beach "Tirrenia" 95 km.
