"Nice hotel within walking distance of all the action. If you don’t have to, don’t rent a car. Hotel is easily walkable to all nightlife & arena. The cost of parking, as in most major cities, is crazy expensive. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel that is a little more expensive, but faster to get to and from your car. Rooms were spacious, but the decor was nothing special. Hotel bar with live music in the lounge. Indoor pool was small, but kids enjoyed it. "

"Great location and extremely friendly and competent staff. Hardly any waiting for elevators, which is a great time saver. I would suggest free morning coffee in the lobby, but guests can make it in rooms, so no big deal. Carpets need to be replaced."

"There was a leak in the refrigerator and it left water on the floor and got my bags wet. There was a huge stain on one of the beds. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. There was throw-up in the elevator. Staff was great go talk to, however, they didn’t answer the phone. "

Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges . Unreal took 1,200 first day so I had no money , reversed the mistake but bank wouldn’t refund for 3-5 business days . So I was in Nashville with all the money I had for my trip inaccessible. Ruins my trip . My mom had bought for me for my 30th birthday. Even upon checkout they were still denting my account had to call a friend and get more money just to get home and to the airport "
