「it was good after a tech disruption on check in」

「I would have given a 5 star, but the maid service was terrible. We were in a room without a washer and dryer, so we were supposed to get fresh linen daily and trash pickup daily. Out of five days, we had trash pickup 2 days, and never received fresh towels. We had to go go get towels ourselves from the check in desk Monday afternoon again Wednesday afternoon. I even stopped the maid on several occasions and they told me our towels would be swapped out when they got down to our end of the hall....

「We loved our stay! Condo was perfect for 5 nights for our family of four. We loved the view of the ocean and pool. Litchfield by the Sea facility was wonderful and the beach was just gorgeous. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were a bonus. A few things to note, I would’ve appreciated a deadbolt lock on the door for added security, but gate security to enter property was nice to feel a bit safer. There was no shampoo, just bars of soap, so plan ahead....
