「A little distance I had, but able to walk from Linate AP with my suitcase. Brand new, nice designed clean and comfortable with restaurant and vending machine. If you arrive at this hotel early by check in time, you can stay at lobby comfortably.」

「今回、屋内プールと野外プール、SPA ジャグジー、サウナがあるという事でこのホテルを選びました。 でも実際には夏はサウナも室内プールもジャグジーもやっていないようで、利用できませんでした。 外のプールは、宿泊者以外も利用できるようでものすごく混んでいました。 利用するには、宿泊者も外から来ても10€、料金がかかるようです。 部屋の空調も良くなくて 部屋に冷蔵庫はあったけど、飲み物が全く無く 部屋でくつろぐという感じではありませんでした。 なぜこのホテルが4つ星クラスなのか？ 理解できません。 事前に利用できる条件の表示が不足しています。 利用可能な期間 有料、ならその金額、 予約の要、不要など。。 もっと事前に表示すべきだと感じました。 室内プールとジャグジーがあったから 高価な四つ星のホテルを選んだのに、ホテルで楽しめないのは本当に泊まった事を後悔します。 このホテルだけではなくて、もっと事前調査をして利用できない曜日や期間があるなら、予約前に共有してほしいです。 」
