「Lovely hotel, staff greeted us warmly on arrival with a cold drink and took our bags straight off us and took them to the room.
The room had a lovely view of the cathedral and was exceptionally clean, albeit a little small, but that’s due to the location.
The breakfast was top quality and tasty!
The spa was ok, but not worth the extra cost in my opinion, especially at a 5 star hotel.

「Good location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was £15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall...
「Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend. 」
「Nettes kleines Hotel in Laufnähe zur Kathedrale, süßes kleines Zimmer ( wir blieben nur 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise) mit ,Mini- Bad ,alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. In einer sicheren und zentralen Gegend. Restaurants und Brasserien sind in der Nähe.
Frühstück möglich in einem herrlichen, grünen Innenhof.
Da der Parkplatz voll war,haben wir im Parkhaus Cente Ville geparkt,zu Fuß 4 Min.entfernt.

「Really lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Walkable to all the sights in central Reims and worth the extra yards for the inexpensive underground parking. We had two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and toilet and 4 balconies. Lift direct to the garage. Supermarket more or less next door. Very friendly reception staff. Great stay! 」
「Wonderful hotel, lovely helpful staff - even helped us sort out a delivery meal. Room was fantastic, mini fridge, kettle, proper sink, microwave and a small patio area with seating. Very large room, large comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. Wood thoroughly recommend for a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. Plenty of free parking outside or secure garage offered at a small extra charge. 」
