コスパが良く、ボートターミナルやウォーキングストリートまでの距離とかが遠すぎず、近すぎずでちょうど立地は良かったです。値段の割にコスパが良く、安く泊まろうと思ったらいいホテルでした。

気になった点 : 清潔度

ある意味、予想通り？

とにかく到着時に当日は団体客を入れたので、空き室なしとのこと。６泊の予定のうち１泊のみ系列ホテルへとのこと。しかも、案内されたのは、妖しい雰囲気の連れ込みホテル風。残りの５泊分はアップグレードしたとのことだったが、これが・・・、の水準。貴重な滞在期間の１日分を無駄にしました。（ホテルの移動等ありで。）カウンターの女性たちは決して愛想が悪いわけではありませんが、何分これでは。朝食は毎朝メニューも変わり水準も悪くありませんでした。部屋からの景観は立地からしても明らかですが、廃屋と雑然とした町並み。ちなみに屋上のプールは濁っており、入る気になりませんでした。

コストパフォーマンス高い

高級感はないが、値段からして満足できる内容である。ウォーキングストリートまでも近いし、周囲には食堂やマッサージなどもある。部屋からの眺望は望めないが、屋上に申し訳程度のプールもあり、この値段から行けば上等である。もし、このホテルで満足できないなら、もっとお金を払ってほかのホテルへ行くべきである。4000円以下で宿泊できました。ホテルライフを考えなければ満足です。

最高のコストパフォーマンス

寝るだけと思い、格安のホテルを探して、予約しました。正直、格安のため期待していませんでしたが、良い意味で期待を裏切るホテルでした。確かに、一流ホテルに比べると落ちますが、接客も良く、部屋も全く問題ありませんでした。もし、またパタヤに行ったら使用したいと考えています。

繁華街へは徒歩圏内

部屋の広さと繁華街へのアクセス、値段を考慮した場合、ベストチョイスではないかと思います。繁華街と言うより、ホテルでのんびりするのでしたら、もの足りないかもしれません。比較的、欧米人のお客さんが多かったので比較的サービスもしっかりしていたのではと思います。

イスラムエリアのホテル

立地はウォーキングストリーに近くにぎやかな場所であるが、現地の人に聞くとイラン人が多く生活するエリアとのこと。そのせいか、ホテルに入った瞬間から独特のきつい臭いがした。スタッフは丁寧で明るく感じがよかった。プールは屋上にあったが、やや狭く水も少し濁っている印象で入れなかった。

小さいが新しく綺麗なCPの良いホテル

ウォーキングストリートも、バリハイ桟橋も徒歩圏内。その割に騒音も少なく広めで新しい綺麗な部屋。窓の景色は向かいの建物だが、1300Bなら文句は無い。コスパは良い方です。但し、自分の居た時間はロビーの従業員はフロントの女性1人。一生懸命やってくれる人も居たが、いざという時頼りにならない。早朝の空港行きタクシーの予約が出来なく、ノースパタヤのバスターミナル迄はトゥクトゥクで1時間と言う（そんなに掛かる？）。もしタクシーが捕まらなければ帰国できないので、予定より更に1時間早くチェックアウトして外の道路を歩いて探し回った。

部屋は新しくきれい

以前、スーペリアに宿泊した事があり居心地が良かったので、今回、エクスペディアさんの情報をもとにニューウィングのステューディオに宿泊してみました。エクスペディアさんの情報だとバルコニーありになっていますが、ありません。これが私にとって大問題でした。タバコがすえません。本館の方はバルコニー付きなので、スーペリアかデラックスに部屋を変えてくれるようお願いしましたがNOでした。新しいので部屋はきれいですが、エアコンのききが悪く、部屋に戻って涼しくなるまで時間がかかりました。ニューウィングは建物をひとつはさんで建っているのですが、朝食も本館、プールも本館、ビーチタオルを借りるのも本館と何かと面倒でした。ニューウィングにスーペリアより高い値段で宿泊する価値はないと思います。

外観内装は綺麗にしてますのでそれで十分という方には高くなく泊まれるホテルですタオルは交換するけどシーツは交換なしのタイプ WIFIが部屋では拾えませんでした(三階)

・JFなし、ID預けあり・シャワー快適、NHK見れる、冷蔵庫キンキンに冷える・Wifiは上り下り20Mbps以上安定するがパスワード入力が毎回必要・チェックイン、チェックアウト手際が悪い遅い、掃除今一、・ティッシュ、歯ブラシ、スリッパ等はなし・ホテルの知名度が低く（新しいのと他にSUN~が何軒かある）、ホテル地図も分かりにくい

WS近く

４/28〜３泊しました。 WSから徒歩１０分以内、ビーチもラン島への船着き場も徒歩圏内です。ホテルも新しく日本円で３５００円位でしたが、この値段なら満足です。毎日暑かったので、何処か行く度にいちいちホテルに帰ってシャワーを浴びてましたw これがパタヤの良さでもあります。また利用したいと思います。

가성비 좋은 호텔, 비교적 다양한 조식, 위치는 보통.

위치가 처음에 찾아가기는 다소 힘들 수 있습니다. 위치는 남부 파타야, 워킹스트리트 입구 기준으로 절반이상 들어가서 좌측 골목으로 빠진 위치로, 워킹스트리에서 걸어갈 수 있을 정도의 위치입니다. 주위의 거리는 인도거리로 음식점 등 모두가 인도스타일로 되어있음. 다른곳으로 이동하려면 싸이2과 남부파타야의 교차로까지 걸어가서 썽태우를 타는것을 추천합니다. 발리하이 선착장까지의 거리도 짧아서 마음만 먹으면 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 그래도 오토바이 택시를 타는것을 추천합니다. 조식은 충분히 다양했고, 객실도 휴식을 취하기에 충분했습니다.

숙박 : 호텔 내부는 청결하고, 리셉션 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다. 위치 : 워킹스트리트만 가깝습니다. 외 지역은 이동수단을 이용해야합니다. 주변 : 호텔을 이용하는 대부분의 사람들이 인디아 입니다. 주변 음식점 또한 인도식당 입니다. 동양인에게는 적응이 필요합니다.

此酒店隔音完全係零.. 走廊說話都聽到酒店全是印度人租住~ 他們老是在走廊話說叫囂怎至零晨3,4點... 全晚沒法入睡.... 其他設備ok,, 房間尚可,, 如果不介意嘈吵即管租住試試~

파타야에서 거리는 조금 있지만 나름 괜찮은 숙소

호텔 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 호텔 시설도 좋았습니다. 그리고 수영장 사용 했는데 너무 좋았어요. 조금 아쉬운게 있다면 방음이 잘 안되는 것 호텔 직원들 정말 너무너무 친절해요

Totally Rubbish, needs to be closed down.

We booked 7 Executive Rooms and uponing checking in late night after an 15 hours long flights was told they did not have 7 Executive Rooms. We paid for an rooms which we did not get... no apologies from managements. Rooms not clean at all, bugs running around everywhere in the room. Toilets blocking up, to many group of Indian guys from India making noises which puts an bad name to British Indian people.

so bad

客房清潔度要改善,大堂員工態度未合標準.房間隔音極差.四晚也不能安睡. 第一晚入住零晨二時開始房外喧嘩聲不段,致電多次到大堂及親身到大堂員工沒有理會
