Les chambres sont impeccable, la literie est neuve et la proprete des lieux est irreprochable. Le personel est tout a fait agreble et serviable. Le front desk est oerationel 24h 24 et on peut s y procurer des boissons et bieres en tout temps. C est a 5 minute a pied de la plage et de la walking street. Considerant le prix c est hotel est ideal

This hotel is located in a very convenient area near to the Wat Chai Mongkhon Market where you can get a taste of local lives and eat local food. It is also about 12 minutes walk to the famous walking street. The room offering is superb, with sufficient amenities, room safe, small fridge, a huge comfortable bed and is very spacious. What i dislike about the hotel is the high deposit amount of 1000 thb, which is payable upon check-in. While i understand that this amount is refundable upon check out, i do not understand why the deposit have to be such a huge amount, which is around 1.3 times of a 1-night stay rate. The fine print stated minibar, but there is not even any snacks or drinks provided in the room. Hence again, i do not see any need for the high deposit amount. The staff is also inflexible in reducing or waiving the deposit. Another major thing that i dislike is the lack of daily housekeeping which is again stated in the fine print. Basically housekeeping have to be called, rather than provided automatically daily. If housekeeping is available only upon ad hoc, then perhaps it is best to avoid misunderstanding by not stating daily housekeeping in the fine print. During my 4 nights stay, i had felt the staffs to be rather inattentive, in fact getting the check in and check out dates wrong. For the price paid, this booking is value, but do be aware of above before booking.

This is very nice hotel with perfect staff. Only one exception this hotel placed in Arabic district of Pattaya. So it's very popular for Arabic people, and if you neighbor are Arabic people it should be very noisy at night.

Overall condition of the hotel is good, however, NO breakfast, NO tea, NO coffee, etc... though all listed as "free" when I booked the room. Moreover, online charge is more when compared to hotel's front desk.

The rooms were large & comfortable. Although hotel non smoking. Room had a balcony with table and chairs. There were few restaurants or bars in the immediate vicinity. Staff were friendly & efficient. Free wifi. Fair value for money. Quiet neighborhood.
