Avoid this place and this Praveen Prabhat
Everything with this host went wrong. Avoid staying at his places at all cost, unless you enjoy wasting time and money. His check-in instructions said his unit was on the 18th floor. It was actually on the 19th. Wasted one hour there. He is slow to respond to messages. Hours wasted there. His unit was dirty from the previous guest. The wifi did not work. He offered another unit in the same building complex. The wifi in that unit did not work. He asked me to help him trouble shoot it. He was condescending in his messages, when it was his incompetence that led to the wifi not being configured. I asked for a refund, after messing around with check-in and wifi for four hours. He refused and was not helpful. VRBO would not issue a refund without his approval. I did not want to associate with this person, so I left his unit, told him, and asked for a refund. No response. So I wasted four hours and several hundred dollars. I will contest this charge with my credit card company. If you enjoy staying experiences like this, by all means sign up for one this host's places on VRBO. They both performed terribly, or should I say FAILED to perform.
