2度目の宿泊、立地条件が良かったためリピートしましたが元々壊れかけのケトルが私の宿泊初日で蓋のしまりが悪くなり交換をお願いしたらなぜか私が壊したことにされ弁償してくださいと迫られました、時間をかけ事情を説明したら無償交換になりましたが大変不快な思いをしました。

スタッフは最高でした。しかし設備が古い。シャワー室の水がトイレにまで漏水する。せっかくのバカンスでがっかりだった。YouTubeを見て騙された感がありました。これならアンバーに泊まるべき。

水まわりが残念

2回目の滞在でしたが，クローゼットやドアの建て付けが悪く，苦労しました。また水まわりの清潔さに難ありです。スタッフの対応は抜群に良かったですね。

2度目の滞在となりました。1度目の滞在のオープン当初よりもスタッフが増え、しっかりしたホテルになった印象を受けました。チェックイン時にデジポットがなくなっていましたが、プールバーやルームサービスの部屋付は可能です。清掃は日によりバラつきは見られましたが、対応は素早くしてもらえました。立地的にどこに行くにも利用しやすく、コスパ的には抜群だと思います。乱立している高級ホテルよりも断然おすすめします。

一人旅で埋没したい人には素晴らしいホテル。清潔で建物・設備も新しく、スタッフの対応も良く、レストランの朝食も非常に美味しかった。屋上にはプール、ジム、サウナがあり宿泊者は無料で利用できる。周辺はコンビニ、レストラン、バー、マッサージなどがあり至極便利。繁華街ではあるが、メインのエリアからは通りをいくつか挟んでいるため静かである。私が泊まった部屋はリーズナブルな分狭かったが、それはオプションで広い部屋を選択すれば良いので問題ないと思われる。唯一カトラリーがコップ、コーヒーカップとスプーンくらいしかないのが少し不便だった。

パタヤに同じ名前のホテルがあったらしくタクシーにアクアと言ったら違うホテルに連れていかれた。入り組んだ場所にあるので慣れるまで時間がかかった。トレーニングジムのエアコンが壊れていて暑かったりあまり綺麗な感じでは無かったのが残念。日本語対応出来ようにしてほしい。

総合的にとても良いが少し惜しいホテル

いつも空きがなくて取れなかったExclusive Deluxeが今回空いていたので利用しました。チェックインはとてもスムーズで、500バーツだと聞いていたデポジットは何故かいらなかったです。スタッフはいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれ、大変に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。部屋は広さもそれなりにありますし、レイアウトも使い勝手が良くていいですね。清掃も早いので部屋でゆっくり過ごしたい人にもいいでしょう。立地も含めて総合的にとても良いホテルですが、ここからは少し悪い点というか、惜しいと思った点をいくつか。まずせっかくの解放感のある大きな窓があるのに、向かいの建物からの視線を気にして常時カーテンを閉めることになったのはとても惜しい。ソイハニー側の部屋なら多少はいいかもしれません。それとエアコンはとてもよく効くのですが、調整が全くできなく、ONかOFFだけ、昼間はつけっぱなしでいいのですが、夜は寒いか暑いのどちらかになりました。これは改善していただきたい。あとシャワールームから水が漏れてトイレの床が濡れてました。まだ新しいホテルなのに勿体ないですね。いろいろ書きましたが、立地、コスパ、使いやすさ等はパタヤトップクラスではないかと思いますので、広い部屋が空いていればまた是非利用したいホテルです。

立地が良く、すぐ周りにレストランやコンビニエンスストアもあり便利。少し歩けばビーチにも出られる。スタッフは愛想がよく商売上手（朝早く着いたのでアーリーチェックインお願いしたところ、一つ上のグレードの部屋なら今すぐ入れる、とのことで追加料金いくらか払わされた）
