Nice property great room good value, but is well far from the beach across the street. There’s a rock 10 foot deep actually you have to take cab. Limited dining and the area but once again take a cab

Staff need to be more attentive in the lobby, breakfast staff need to tidy more frequent and ensure cutlery is already on table instead of having to ask. Overal a pleasant stay would I stay again probably not

Le Blue Ocean Restaurant et donc le room service, doit être évité…ni la qualité ni la quantité n’est au rendez-vous. Heureusement deux restaurants juste en face, on y mange bien mieux et à moitié prix…avec mention pour la nourriture au Pantai Seaview et mention pour le décor au Kalim Rimlay Prévoyez vos bouteilles d’eau si vous allez à la piscine de l’hôtel le matin…Les deux bars piscine n’ouvrent jamais avant 11 et 12h. Pas de personnel qui sert quoi que ce soit avant… 2 points positifs tout de même Une propreté impeccable partout, tout le temps et TOUT le personnel est prévenant et souriant.

Mycket bra frukost med något för alla. Bra pool och poolområde. Bra med solstolar. Trevlig poolbar där man kunde beställa lunch från hotellets restaurang. Nära till både Patong beach och Surin beach (ca 10-15 minuter). Kostar 200-400 Bath. Surin beach lugnare och finare bad.

Das Hotel war traumhaft. Nur leider konnte das Personal nicht so gut englisch. Aufträge und Wünsche wurden teilweise nicht ernstgenommen und manchmal nicht ausgeführt. Ansonsten empfehlenswert. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Rooms are clean, great breakfast, fantastic services overall The spa is closed which is a bit weird. The kids club is closed as well. I just wished that the hotel shared these information with us earlier

Nice hotel, room with nice ocean view. It is not very fancy so I would not say it is a 5 star. Breakfast selection was ok. There is a shuttle to take to patong beach. It is hard to walk to Patong from the hotel because there is no side walk around the hotel. There is a very good and safe food stand Aisha Halal that I highly recommend, and a tour Kiosk next to her that sells tours for very good prices.

We stayed 5 nights in a premier comfy room. The room was palatial at around 50sqm, good wifi strength from, very quiet. Breakfast buffet was truly excellent with something for everyone, we especially loved the smoothie bar. Only minor complaint was aircon was a little loud even on lowest setting and mini fridge didn’t work, but nothing you can’t get over. Staff were polite and helpful, room service options were abundant. It is a little outside of Patong beach (but one is aware of this trade off when booking) which means getting home at night is always a hassle with the traffic. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room smelled of mildew. Everything was clean though. The pool bar was limited and most amenities were empty. It seemed like a goat town. The property is organized oddly and it is hard to find things. Staff had poor communication skills and we received different answers for the same question.

洒店位置尚可，call bolt去巴東沙灘最平100泰銖，通常都是坐酒店shuttle出去，回來就call車，因為回程等shuttle位置太曬和經常塞車，不知等到幾時，洒店半數以上員工不會和你打招呼，尤其是大堂員工，完全沒有笑容，祇有行李部員工熱情一些，房間真的很潮濕，面積都算大，訂的海景房景觀也祇是一般，早餐選擇多但味道一般，最讚有鮮窄果汁，最差就係估唔到燒賣係完全未解凍放出來給客人食，但有驚喜反而晚上到餐廳吃飯，價錢平，咮道好，有三款菜竟然平過No6,總結這酒店要求不高還可以入住

Loved this resort especially the pool area … gardens need a bit more attention. No welcome drink was offered or fancy details or towels on the bed as this is what most places do. Great buffet breakfast and staff very helpful. We absolutely loved VIVI and MALI that helped with the smoothies etc and later on at the pool bar! Two beautiful girls that work so hard and always have a smile on their face. Always polite to everyone even where people are rude and Will miss them so much. Overall we had a fantastic time in this newish resort with a free shuttle service to Patong every 1/2 hour.

This place was amazing. The food, staff and room was perfect during our stay. A special mention to Mali and Aung for looking after us and our son. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
