総合的にとても素敵なリゾートホテルでした。スタッフはフレンドリーでお願いしたことはソツなくこなしてくれます。やや古めの施設ではありますが、基本的には手入れされており清掃状態も悪くありませんでした。朝食のおかゆ、フォーどれも美味しかった！ 子連れ旅行だったためプールに入り浸っていましたが、レストラン上のプールは混まずにチェアもソファも好きなように使え居心地良かったです。

【良かった点】 部屋が清潔 スタッフがとても親切 パトンまでのシャトルバスが1時間おきに1本ある バルコニーからの眺めがよく気持ちが良い WiFiがスムーズ シャワーのお湯が安定して暖かい 【残念だった点】 バスタブがない（ある部屋もあるのかも） トイレとシャワー、洗面台の間に仕切りがない ロビーから部屋まで車で送ってくれるのだが、混雑時はロビーで待たないといけなく、面倒 パトンまで近く全体的には良かったです。 お客さんの層も、欧米系やアジア系満遍なくいる感じでした。（日本人もそこそこいた）

パトンビーチまでバイクで10分程度です。 移動はタクシーが便利ですがプーケットはタクシーが割高なのでもったいないです。 1時間おきにホテルの送迎もあるのでそれを利用するのがいいかもしれません。 バイトのレンタルが可能ならレンタルして部屋の近くに停めるのがベストです。

ビーチ、町からはちょっと遠いが、無料のシャトルバスあり、ホテルからは1時間毎に出発しているので、 フロントに申し伝えると客が1組でも乗ることができる。コンセント破損、部屋内一部水漏れあり。アメニティは充実。ビュッフェは品数少ないがおいしかった。

姉妹で7/15日から８泊しました。　お部屋にプール、ジャグジー付きでそれは感激しました。　お部屋の中も広いですが、洗面所のシートが湿気と水でグニャっと音がするほどでこれは無い方が良いと思いました。ソファの下にラグが敷いてあるのですが、日々のお掃除も掃除機ではなくほうきなのでラグの間に入ってるゴミなど取れないのでこれも無い方が快適だと思いました。到着した日からエアコンが冷えなくてジメジメがひどく３日に我慢出来ず部屋を取り換えてくださいと話したら修理に来て快適になりました、おかしいと思ったらすぐ言うべきですね。　その他は一度も雨にも降られず日本よりはるかに快適に過ごせましたがどうしても湿気がひどく最終日の夜にゴキブリ発生！　怖くて眠れないので従業員の方を呼んだから気持ちよく来て退治してもらえました。　ホテルの方は皆フレンドリーで明るかったです、ただし日本語は全く通じません。　来年もまた来たいと思っていますが次回はコンドミニアムの方にと思います。

高価なのか、どうか？
１泊９万円もするホテル？３ベットルームの部屋に宿泊しました。最初２ルームと言われましたが、３ベットルームと、言うと、すぐに対応していただきました。部屋のベットの数を、見る限り、８人くらい、泊まれると思うので、部屋にて、パーティが、出来るほどです、宿泊人数も６名様ＯＫなので、多人数で、宿泊すれば、お得感あります、プライベートは、以外と、小さいですが、３メートルー７メートルくらいです。風呂タブは、２か所に、シャワー１か所ありました。水んぼ勢いは、すばらしかったです。Ｗｉ－Ｆｉは、弱いですが、キッチン用品そろっており、ホテルの回りには、何にもないので、食材を、調達していけば、（調味料も）便利ですよ、自分達は、作りました。

オーシャンビューは最高。
２日間、デラックスジャグジープールに滞在しました。スーペリアよりも部屋はこじんまりしてますが、ジャグジープールにつかりながらのオーシャンビューは最高でした。ベッドに寝ていても、バルコニーで寝ていてもどこからでも素晴らしいオーシャンビューです。スーペリアも良いですが、プールにつかるとオーシャンビューは望めません。この部屋にして良かったです。月明かりとオーシャンビューを望みながらのシャワーとジャグジープールは開放感たっぷりでした。残念なのは立地です。パトンビーチまで３００バーツ、帰りの空港までは９５０バーツです。実際には白タクが来てお釣りは貰えませんので１０００バーツです。タクシーを呼んでくれたフロントに高いというとホテルまで来るのに３００バーツ、空港まで７００バーツなので高くないと言い張ってました。宿泊したゲストが帰るのだから、もう少し考えるべきですね。残念ですがプーケットでは当たり前のようです。白人の町でした。周りにはなにもないのでホテルでタクシーを呼ぶしか選択肢はありません。

スタッフ、部屋の広さ、眺め、清潔感、最高です。ただ何かが足りない・・・
愛想の良いスタッフ、きれいで広い部屋、大きな窓と抜群な眺望。 パトンの喧騒から離れた良い場所にあります。 ただ、何かが足りない気がします。 作りが随所に気が利かないというか・・・ 暗い照明、水道蛇口からの水がすぐに洗面台を飛び越える、トイレのスライドドアが閉まり切らないﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ、部屋にはMENUブックやinfoｒmationのような類の物が置いていない・・・ 日本人よりも中国人のほうが圧倒的に多く、中国の系列なのかな？と思いました。

清潔感が欲しい
全体的に古いです。部屋は四角い所を丸く清掃されているようでした。備え付けのクローゼットに服を掛ける気になれず。。。　フロントのスタッフは愛想もよく親しみやすいのですが、アクティビティーのアレンジをお願いしても、次の時間帯のスタッフに伝わっていない事がありましたので、頼りには出来ないです。 シャワーのお湯が出ないので、初日にお願いしましたが、最後まで水に近いぬるま湯しか出ませんでした。2度程お願いしても嫌な顔はされませんでしたが、お湯が出ないので何とも言えません。ジャグジーの水を入れ替えられている事もなく3泊過ごしました。午前中から夜まで外出して、ほとんど寝るだけなら、テラスから見渡せる景色を楽しめるのでお勧めです。

Nice resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Property location is decent with mini bus going to / back from Patong. The breakfast is pretty good with a variety of choices and we are glad to stay at this hotel. The only issue is the car noice as our room location is rather close to the main road. Poolvilla war direkt an der straße, somit sehr viel verkehr und in der nacht sehr laut ! zudem konnte man die türe nicht komplett schließen und daher noch lauter ! ein anderes zimmer war nicht verfügbar und wenn nur mit aufpreis ! frühstück und service ansonsten aber gut ! lage auch gut, gratis shuttle nach patong.

Great location, quiet & relaxing but still near enough to all the activities & beach at Patong. Excellent hotel shuttle service to/from town. Great plentiful staff, every one of them, from reception, porters & house keeping really friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Built on hillside so great sea & coast views but inevitably some stairs/steps. Reception operate excellent “on demand” (free) transfer services to/from higher points of the resort. Nice restaurant (with terrace) and good breakfast with ample (international) items available, although it would benefit from air conditioning inside the restaurant. A delight to stay there …a number of CEOs from the major worldwide hotel chains should try a stay ….as they could learn a lot about how to run a hotel where the guest is still the priority and not treated as an inconvenience.

IndoChine was a beautiful resort up above the fray of Patong. The resort shuttle was great for getting us to and from town. We loved relaxing in the private pool in our 3 bedroom villa and the surrounding grounds were lovely. The morning breakfast had a huge and delicious selection of options. Wonderful!

One of the worst experiences of my life. I booked a sky suite with plunge pool. When I arrived to the room, I knew I had been scammed. The view was nice, but the room was worn down(headboard falling down), dated, and dirty. The plunge pool is really just a bath tub. It’s only deep enough to cover your thighs/waist…definitely can’t swim. Also, there’s no temperature regulation so it’s just warm water. More so, the jets didn’t work when the guy showed me how to use it. The worst, though, was that I discovered an animal (either a rat or a mongoose) in my room at about midnight the first night. I called reception immediately, and they sent up a guy. He looked around for like two seconds and was like, “I don’t see a rat”. He barely looked. So I called reception again, and said I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. I am six months pregnant. They agreed to switch me to a new room at 12:30AM. This new room was cleaner, but it was just a standard room. I called expedia as well to bring up these issues and they basically said there was nothing they could do. The new room was right by the busy road, and you heard all of the noise all night long. It literally felt like you were sleeping on the sidewalk because of how loud the noise was. The second day, reception called me and agreed to refund me the difference in price between the two rooms, but said that I had to contact Expedia first to initiate the refund request. Neither the hotel nor expedia has refunded me to date.

We have taken note about the comments about the room and out team have looked into them.The Sky Suite room with plunge pool is located right on top of the hill and is surrounded by rain forest. It is possible that small animals such as squirrels can enter the room if the doors are left open. Our team came to inspect the room when you called and couldn't find any animals in the room.We also prepared another Sky Suite on the next day for your stay, but you preferred to stay in the Standard room. Our staff informed you about the refund for the difference in room price and we have already refunded the balance to your credit card. However for credit refunds, it may take up to 15 days to appear on your statement, depending on the Credit card issuing bank. If you do not see the refund within 15 days, please contact our reservation team again.Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Very amazing place to stay. Staff go above and beyond for you. The view over Patong is amazing. The vehicle escorts to and from your room make you feel like your living the high life and the free transfers to and from Patong are very convenient. Buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had. Would 100 percent recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Patong but away from all the crazy action. 10/10. Loved it.

5 stars! This place was beautiful, convenient and accommodating. We stayed for 6 days and everyone of the staff members were friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast buffet was top tier, the reception team coordinated our pick up/ drop offs and excursions. We also celebrated my daughters 17th bday and I requested any suggestions on how to make ot special and they offered to decorate her room while we were out exploring for the day. My daughter was so surprised when we returned. Priceless memories. Thank you IndoChine for such a great experience!
