Great stay for group

We loved the house and the proximity to walk to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Fun trip by all, and we loved relaxing in the parlor and out door seating areas.

Great place for our cycling group

Our group has stayed at a couple of other 5 bedroom houses in downtown Paso and this is our favorite so far. Just a lovely historic remodel and nice furnishings. Great kitchen. Would be even better with upgraded WiFi. Several of us had to work on occasion and we needed to use mobile hot spots.

Lovely home!

We loved staying at your rental in Paso Robles. We loved the short walk into town to go to the big playground and great restaurants. House highlights – the hot tub, the piano, two living rooms and the gourmet kitchen. Very nicely equipped. Many thanks.

Great place close to downtown Paso

Loved this place close to downtown Paso Robles. Restaurants easily within walking distance. Space to park several cars off-street. Spacious bedrooms and baths. Nice touch coffee provided for both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Nice use of technology with touch screen enabled check-out and unit information.

January Wine Trip

We LOVED our stay. It was a perfect home for the 10 of us. It is an older home with lots of charm and atmosphere. The only negative would be that the lighting could have been better. The Kitchen was amazing, and the multiple sitting areas plus the huge dining room was great for our large group.

My family reallly enjoyed staying at Downtown Diggs. Wonderful location— easy to walk to the lovely downtown and playground. Really appreciated how responsive the mgt company was to our questions and requests. (Very close to wineries. We had an extraordinarily lunch and experience at AronHill winery). Fantastic pickleball community nearby.

Amazing house for a big group!

This is the best house in downtown Paso for a large group. I went with a group of six friends, and we all had our own space (even our cars had their own space!) and never felt crowded. The location is excellent, with all the shops, restaurants, and downtown tasting rooms just a few minutes away. Did I mention the hot tub? Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Great location very close to town

Upstairs is early 1900s with some original features; downstairs is a bit out of sync with style upstairs and dark because it’s the basement, but overall the house is well maintained and great for a large family or group. House is on a busy street so there is road noise. We walked to dinner every night - downtown is only 2 blocks away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Downtown Diggs for five nights and overall it was a wonderful experience. There were seven of us staying and there was plenty of room. The location cannot be beat. For us it was less than a five minute walk to the restaurants in downtown Paso. The house was spotless and well stocked. The kitchen has great appliances and had everything we needed for the breakfasts and one dinner we had at the house. The management company was great. We had one issue with a toilet that ran for a very long time and maintenance arrived within two hours of our phone call to fix it. We had great weather so took advantage of the grill and the outside sitting areas. The grill's igniter switch was not working but that was easily fixed with a lighter. The only downside was the bed in the on suite bedroom on the main floor. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It seemed very old and sagged towards the middle. My husband and I had a very uncomfortable night, and very sore backs, before switching to the other main floor bedroom which had a nice mattress. If that room had not been empty I don't know what we would have done because we could not have spent the entire stay in the other bed. I would recommend replacing that mattress. Otherwise this is a wonderful home in a wonderful location.

Just a few blocks from downtown where we enjoyed going in for the playground, food, coffee, billiards and just a lovely downtown.I am absolutely delighted to do business with this management company. They are so responsive to whatever needs crop up. So while we did need their assistance on a few minor matters, they were on top of things. And delightful to boot.
