We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel location on the water! Not much to do for kids and we came as a family stay. The spa/pool is definitely on the spa side and less kid friendly. This is the perfect place to go for a romantic getaway! Love that so many walk around in robs to go to spa and relax. Wish we went for that so never ended up using the spa/pool. Absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the property is stunningly beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional with delicious coffee and juice. We loved it so much we extended our trip! Highly recommend staying!

Nice location and easy walk from the railway station and return to the inner city with its attractions. Super that breakfast, afternoon coffee and evening buffet were in the price.

Located on the small harbor and looking toward the mainland the location of this hotel is lovely. The staff is kind and made us feel welcome. Dinners were great and breakfast was fantastic! We loved it here!

This hotel was the best stay I have had at a Best Western branded hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the street quiet at night, and the breakfast was very well done. The staff were very helpful as well.

The pictures do not do it justice. If you are from North America this will give you the ultimate cozy Scandinavian vibe. The lighting, candles even during breakfast, and room decor was such a welcome in the cold rainy days in October. It was bare bones with no conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer but still simple, cozy with warm people working there. The beautiful library is across the street and great to see. So quick and easy to the downtown centre. Centrally located. We loved our stay!!

Staff was very helpful and Friendly. Food was excellent-freshly prepared. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Went extra mile to make sure room was warm and comfortable!

Stayed 4 days. Loved that meals were included. And fika everyday!!! Got to experience the Swedish meals and wonderful breads.

Do not let the exterior fool you. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are relatively spacious compared to other European hotel rooms, you have a private bath, there's no a/c but the windows open and there's a fan. The breakfast buffet was minimalist, but there is a communal kitchen to which you have access 24/7. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is located a block from a grocery store and less than a mile from Gamla Stan. The hostess is incredibly friendly. I cannot say enough good things...
