About this space
Beautiful new condo right on the beach and in a secure, gated, community! From your window and at the beach, you can look for sloths, iguanas, beautiful macaws, and more! Our peaceful condo is nestled between Jaco beach, 19 miles away, and beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park, 21 miles away. We can't wait to share our place with you. We recommend having your own car or a rental car in order to explore the many nearby towns unless of course you just want to chill at the beautiful beach.
The space
You will have the whole condo for yourself. It is located in the newest tower, on the fourth floor. The condo has a dedicated parking spot that is close to the entrance of the tower, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dinning room and a balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom AND faces the beach! Guest access
You will have access to the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor and an exclusive pool and pool house right next to the entrance of the buildings from the beach. You will also have access to the 5 amazing pools in the middle of the 4 towers which include a lap pool and a pool house with lots of amenities. Tennis courts, basketball courts (bring your own rackets and balls), even a park for the kids, and of course the beach. You will need to wear the guest bracelets that will be provided in your room to access all of these amenities.
Other things to note
Right across from the main gate, there's a shopping center with several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance from the condo. And p.s. Yes, the Sloth, McCaw, and Iguana pictures were taken on the property. :)
