「we received a call to say a glass door had been broken on the top level however we could still access the spa area. when we arrived there was no access, the way it was boarded prevented the door opening and the other door was locked and was a different key which we didn't have. It took a few days to finally get the access. the spa was the reason we booked it in the first place. 「I liked how the whole extended family (there was 8 of us) was able to fit comfortably into the four bedroom accommodation. The beds were comfortable and all basic amenities had been provided in the room.
Unfortunately, we were only provided with two parking bays. For a room that accommodates 10, that extra spot is a must.
