  • Escape to the tranquility of the Colorado River with a stay at our stunning Parker River House. Nestled in the prestigious Marina Annex, this spacious property offers the ultimate retreat for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting excellent appliances, and plenty of cookware and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Dine indoors at the elegant dining table or take your meals al fresco on the spacious patio. Has it's own launch ramp and private beach.

    All guests must sign the MVA Agreement in order to gain access. There is a parking tag in the house that must be on your vehicle and used for private beach access. $100 charge is not left at the house upon departure.
