"Jackie and Mrs.C front desk are extremely helpful and polite. The woman with the wrist brace is extremely nice as well! Sorry I don't know her name 😔 The housekeeping could be improved though and maintenance. Light bulbs, power from the in tables don't always work. Cooking burners dont always work. Refrigerators need attention. The grounds keeper during snow need a raise he put in that work!"

"The place is fine, especially for the rate I got it at. The room was clean, carpet wasn't sticky, the shower faucet dripped, and a bug ran out from under my suitcase when I moved it in the morning, but overall it was a great location and a great price. Would likely stay here again if money is a concern. Did not get the free breakfast as I wanted a proper porkroll, egg and cheese sandwich. Go to Joe's just up the street, they are the best in the area!"

"Everyone was helpful. The river views were fabulous. The Pearl had great food and drinks. Servers were all helpful and kind. We will make this the place we’ll stay when we are in Monmouth county. "

"he Hub Hotel itself was great, great beds, spacious rooms, great bathroom and nice patio! I’m sure it’s excellent in the Summers with the pool. The breakfast was great as well. The only problem was with check in. We checked in at 1:15pm as we were told our room was ready as I had a baby shower to attend, and you were more than happy to accommodate. However your hotel check-in clerk was so extremely rude and disrespectful to the point that she didn’t even hand me my keys when it was time to get them. I wish I could’ve videotaped her but both my husband and I were disgusted with how she treated us. The Expedia site stated pet friendly which is why we chose to stay at the Hub (as we’ve stayed there before) but upon arrival Karen (if that’s even her name), pointed to my son and dog and rudely asked “are they with you” in such a disdainful manner that forced my son to leave and got upset. She then proceeded to tell me that the hotel won’t allow pets. She then proceeded to disdainfully state that you have to pay $150 extra for your pet (nowhere on the website does this exist). In any event it would be great to speak with a manager to discuss this, as I sincerely doubt that this woman should be in hospitality."
