"This could be the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The front desk checked a different family into our room late at night, leading them to open the door and scare us out of our sleep. Then there was a fire alarm that went off leading us to have to be evacuated in the middle of the night. I called the office 2 times over the next week after our stay and each time I was told that the manager would call me back. That never happened. I then reached out to Wyndham Hotels via phone call and never got a call back, but I did get a robo-email with no resolution. I can't foresee me ever using Wyndham Hotels for any of my hotel stays in the future. Bad business to not be able to call people back and have a discussion. This is apparently their business model to not communicate with their customers since it is happening at multiple levels."

Everything was as it appeared in the listing, well appointed and immaculately kept. All of the directions were clear and easy to follow, and we weren’t left with any unanswered questions, from wifi to garbage how tos, everything was handed to us with great detail and care. We would highly recommend! Thank you!"

The fact that it already has a crib and pack-and-play (and a great collection of kid toys!) made our travel prep so much easier. We would definitely come back. "
