Unbeatable Location:

Just steps from your assigned parking space for easy arrivals and departures. Please note if it snows more than 4 inches overnight your vehicle will need to be moved to a nearby lot while the hoa clears the snow from the parking in front of the unit. This unit comes with one assigned space. Do not bring additional vehicles. You are so close to the slopes you won't need them!
A short walk to Main Street's restaurants, shops, and entertainment. About 8 minutes from the condo.
Stroll to the slopes or hop on the bus for a quick ride to Deer Valley. A quick 6-minute walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort and the Free City Bus that picks up just in front of the resort means you are never far away from an amazing day!

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom- Queen Bed, Ensuite Bathroom with Shower

Guest Room- At the top of the spiral staircase Queen Bed, Twin Bed, TV, Ensuite Bathroom with Shower, and in Unit Washer and Dryer
Check-in Instructions are sent out to guests 7 days before arrival via email. If you have booked a stay with us and have not received your instructions by that time, please message our team so we can resend them to you.
Please note final payment is taken 90 days before arrival.

Enjoyed the stay

Family of 5 with kids in HS and college. Decent location with 5 min walk to lifts and 10 min walk to Main Street. If you are there to ski and enjoy downtown at a reasonable price then this place is great. Upstairs is tight but manageable.
