This five-bedroom, recently upgraded home sleeps up to 14 and is the ultimate private mountain retreat. Located in the exclusive Park Meadows neighborhood, you'll have convenient access to all that Park City has to offer. This home takes mountain modern to the next level with updated appliances, exquisite interior detail, next-level outdoor entertainment space and breathtaking long-range views.

LOCATION │ Nestled in the lovely private community of Park Meadows, this location offers a unique, quiet, residential feel. Park City’s main attractions are all within a 10-minute drive – 3 miles to Historic Main Street, 2.5 miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 4 miles to Deer Valley Resort. Mountain Meadows is not only paradise for ski lovers, but perfect for enjoying spring, summer and fall. Hiking and biking trailheads are within walking distance of the property offering easy access to nature.

THE SPACE │ From the moment you enter this cozy chic retreat, it sets the tone for an overall exceptional Park City experience. The attention to interior detail creates a mountain modern feel that is both contemporary and inviting. The kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly into the great room. The living space offers ample seating, visually stunning gas fireplace, advanced audio/visual systems, oversized fully-retractable sliding glass doors and good vibes all around. The outdoor patio attached to the main level boasts a spacious hot tub, upscale furniture, full-size dining table, Weber grill, gorgeous stone fire pit and spectacular views. The master bedroom off the main level is beautifully appointed with a large private bathroom and exceptional closet space. The lower level offers a spacious living room, three king bedrooms, large rec room with four twin beds, ping pong, pinball and a rowing machine. Plus more outdoor entertaining space. This home is fitting for large group accommodation and relaxation.

Park City Family Wedding

This home was AMAZING! Plenty of room for our growing family including 6 grandchildren. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Porta crib! The views from the back deck were gorgeous and it was easy to navigate Park City events from the house. Although we live in a gated resort community in NC and are accustomed to the rules that come along - I must say the neighbors next to this property complained several times about daytime and early evening noise - which was unsettling for us! We were there to have fun as a family and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We would probably not rent this property again because of the neighbors…..but it is a stunning home!

Exactly what we needed

Great, well-maintained property. The kitchen was the only MINOR disappointment. It was billed as a gourmet kitchen. It was nice but ill-equipped for a group that ate in every meal because we love to cook. Knives were cheap Cuisinart knives that were dangerously dull. Good news is is caused me to go downtown and buy a couple of New West knives. Otherwise an excellent property.

A wonderful place for a multi-generational family trip

We visited for a week over the holidays 2024. Our group was 13 people and included infants, kids, teens, adults and grandparents. It's a beautiful house, very comfortable, with plenty of room, and very centrally located close to town and the ski resorts. We loved it and would stay here again!

Spectacular home, exceeded our expectations. Property manager Michelle was very helpful when we needed assistance and readily available. Outdoor spaces were our favorite part of the property.

This is a great home that is centrally located within PC. The renovation was well done and the pictures are very accurate. My family enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely try to rebook this property in the future!

Lovely home for family vacation

We had plenty of room and nice amenities and would definitely rent again. We loved all the sleeping space and the play area. The hot tub was delightful and the views of Deer Valley mountain were spectacular.

Our family met in Park city to spend Christmas this home was perfection! Fully stocked with anything needed, we enjoyed home cooked meals, hot tub time & short drives to all 3 ski resorts If we come back to park city’s this will be our first pick
