I hosted a 50th birthday party for ~20 friend and family and stayed at this beautiful property for about a week. We loved the location - a short walk to downtown Park City, close to some fun trails, and an Uber ride away from some of the major local resorts. The home is SET UP for winter sports - and was super comfy for our almost-dummer trip! The kitchen was well-stocked, there were tons of pots and pans and glasses (wine and otherwise!), and there were plenty of beds… One room does include four sets of bunk beds (three sets with two full matresses each and one triple bunk set of twins) - we had to do some juggling of sleeping arrangements to accommodate the bunk-shy people in our party, so be aware that the house sleeps >20 but 9 of those are in the same room in bunk beds. Lots of king beds, a few queens, and a full with a trundle. There’s a small outdoor space with a hot tub - otherwise not a lot of outdoor space (which is not surprising given the proximity to downtown!), but there is so much to do in the home itself and the outdoors are close by. There’s a game room downstairs with another mini-kitchen/bar area, and a full home theater set-up with an actual full bar area. Foos-ball, pool, video games - tons of fun things to do in the home itself. One minor suggestion would be to stock mini-bottles of conditioner and lotion alongside the shampoo to get your guests through at least their first night. We were super happy with the property and the thoughtfully appointed home!
