Experience mountain luxury at our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat, perfectly nestled among the trees just a 5 minute walk to Park City Mountain. This elegant condo, designed for discerning guests, sleeps 12 and offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking forest views. Quick access to the slopes and world-class dining and shopping by catching the free shuttle to Park City Main Street. Unwind by the fireplace and savor the refined ambiance of this sophisticated mountain haven.

Condo Layout:

Level 1: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Bunk room with 2 queens and a large office desk and ensuite bathroom

Level 2: Living area, kitchen and dining area. Full over queen bunk room and full bedroom, each room has a full size bathroom located directly across from them.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
