Would have preferred a hotel with front desk staff. I should have read more carefully that this was essentially an AirBnB kind of experience, which I just don’t enjoy dealing with anymore. Building common areas were pretty run down, lights in stairwell didn’t come on. Area was great though. Apartment was small but clean and had what you need.

This is an airbnb disquised as a hotel. There is no front desk or amenities. There are 4 rooms within a renovated apartment in an old building on the second floor. There are four codes to enter before you can get into your room. The directions were not clear but we managed to figure them out. There is a small one person elevator with one suitcase. The hallways are dark because the lights on each floor are motion activated. We often arrived to a completely dark hallway which was only activated when we reached the 2nd floor using our phone lights. The room was small (as expected for Paris). The room safe did not work properly and it took 12 hours for someone to come and open it for us. The worse thing about our stay was that the key code for our room was deactivated somewhere between 8 am and 10 am on the day we were to leave; it should have been active until at least 11 am. Luckily a nice cleaning lady accepted to let us in and leave to catch our train. Positives: good wfi and well located

The room was not ready by the check-in time, even though I arrived an hour after it. During my stay, the room was not cleaned and no fresh towels were provided.

Building that the bnb is in is very run down, no place to store luggage prior to check in/ after check out times like most hotels. Bathroom towels didn’t smell too clean. Other wise space was cute and small. Just enough to sleep and shower.

The customer services is horrible. They weren’t clean about the access to the room which is tortured and terrible. There are 4 doors and 4 different code numbers for each door before you are able to get in. They gave me a wrong code and I got locked out under the rain in the first night. Do not stay here as they would ruin your vacation and they traumatized me.

terrible mi experiencia, nunca me llego el correo de confirmacion de mi acceso, llegamos al lugar nadie nos apoyaba, no recibimos nada, escribiamos para apoyo en el hotel hasta la fecha no hemos tenido ni una respuesta, marcabamos al telefono tampoco contestaban, Nos apoyaron directamente en Expedia a cambiarme de hotel, literal estuve barada casi 3 horas en Paris sin saber que iba a proceder, pesimo lugar. No tomen lugares con recepcion virtual, no hay como recepcion normal.

Det var en flott liten leilighet. Eneste som var minus, var at det ikke var rengjort da jeg kom. Det ble rengjort mellom 16 og 17, men innsjekk var 15. Ellers likte jeg meg svært godt!
