* 1 kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge and ice cube tray, combined microwave oven, hob, filter and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
* 1 bathroom with all the necessary equipment.
* Plenty of storage, cupboard, wardrobe.
* I provide sheets and towels, and the minimum necessary for your arrival (shampoo and soap, dishwashing and detergent liquid, toilet paper...).

You will be in the heart of one of the liveliest neighborhoods (a multitude of restaurants, trendy bars, pubs, fashion boutiques, a shopping center, cinemas and theaters, art galleries and monuments...), while being absolutely quiet. The Marais is one of Parisians' favorite neighborhoods.
It doesn't get more to the heart of Paris: 2 minutes from the Arts et Métiers metro station, 4 minutes from the Rambuteau and Hôtel de Ville metro stations.
You can walk in 10 minutes to Place de la République and the Hôtel de Ville and to the banks of the Seine, in 15 minutes to Châtelet, Bastille or the famous Place des Vosges.
It's the perfect place for a romantic stay in Paris, a discovery of the authentic life of the capital (the atmosphere is typically local), an artistic immersion or a professional pied-à-terre.
Centuries of history and architecture will surround you.
Everything remains open on Sundays in this district.
