Spacious lodging in a great area of central Paris

A very spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in the heart of Paris, close to the metro, numerous restaurants, and shopping. What more could you want? Our only "complaint" is 1 bathroom was a bit tough for a family of 4, but we made it work. Highly recommended!

Great Gem in St. Germain!

Lovely basement flat just a block from public transport, delicious bakeries, and a short walk to Garden Luxembourg. Beds super comfy and we appreciated the large bathroom w/ great water pressure for our family of 5 - as well as access to onsite laundry. I'd definitely recommend this place. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Quiet and convenient location in the 6th

Wonderful location and so quiet! Our group of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) slept all night every night and had convenient access to multiple metro lines or could walk 20-30 minutes as an alternative to many major sights. A great street market nearby a couple days a week as well! The neighborhood around is wonderful to stroll through.The property had three beds and pull out couch that worked great for our group. The one bathroom had glazed doors for the shower and toilet so multiple people could occupy it at the same time. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment

We had an excellent stay. Perfect layout for our family. Even better location. Convenient to everything and definitely a feel of being local and not in touristy area. Communication with property manager was easy. Will definitely stay again next time.

Perfect location for our family

We just had a wonderful stay in Paris, this apartment is perfectly located in a quieter neighborhood and close to many metro stops. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We also loved the proximity of the gardens. The owner was responsive when we had a minor issue and took care of it right away.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, the place met our expectations! The location is awesome! It’s close to both the buses & metro lines and many restaurants. The amenities mentioned a washer & dryer but we did not see a dryer but it worked out hanging our clothes.

Great apartment in central Paris location

Big shared bathroom with 2 big basins, separate bath & shower. Good fans and portable air con were very welcome in the recent very hot weather. Great, quiet location, within a few minutes walk of Rennes & St Placide metro stations. Comfortable beds and decent sized rooms. Nice and quiet on -1 level but also has windows with daylight. No real views but that didn’t matter at all..

Friends touring France

We had a lovely 4 night stay in this perfectly located apartment . 3 ladies travelling together , who were very comfy with a room each . Fantastic location to walk anywhere .. close to shops and amenities and lovely place to get over the jet lag at the beginning of our travels . Self contained and able to wash clothes . Thank you for having such a comfy quiet accomodation in Paris .

Great location

Very convienent to metros. Very large bathroom but only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Very clean, warm and quiet though. In the basement so might get warm during the summer months.

Great Stay!

This was our first time to Paris and we loved our visit. The garden apt was spacious and really fit the needs of our family of 5. We felt very secure in the apartment. Thank you for letting us leave the luggage early on check-in day and late on check-out day. Thanks to helpful reviews, we figured out that we needed to use the key fob to unlock the main gate/doors. There are two outside gates that looks the same, you need to use the gate on the left to enter this apt. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again!

Summer trip 2023

Location was great. We appreciate the fast response from the property manager when the codes weren’t correct and the key broke. The apartment was clean and there was plenty of space. Have to turn off the AC when leaving because it needed to be in the window was a bit annoying, but over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This was a perfect property for our short stay in Paris. Very well appointed (we appreciated all of the kitchen items) and a great location close to restaurants, cafes and several Metro stops. Our check in details changed a few times so that was a little confusing but in the end we figured it out. It was also very warm in Paris during our stay and one air conditioner was broken and the other wasn’t working very well so some fans would have been appreciated. That’s very minor though! I would recommend this property for sure!

Olympic Vacation

The location of this vrbo is amazing! We felt safe walking around during the day and at night. We were greeted by several residents who were all very friendly and helped us in and out of the vrbo, which can be confusing at first, but helps with the safety of the unit. There are great restaurants nearby! I recommend Georgettes (Saint Germain des Pres) and Monte Verdi (Saint Suplice) for great food that is beyond the local cafes. We walked to both! Luxembourg Gardens is within walking distance and definitely a must see. You can get crepes here. Maybe stop at a pastry shop and pick up a baguette, meat, and cheese for a picnic on the lawn? Or, bring some euros to sail a boat in the fountain area? The pastry shop near St. Placide metro station is also fantastic. We ate there most mornings before heading out to the different museums and venues for the Olympics. The bathroom was very large. I liked the door that separated the toilet and the two sinks. This helped with our family of 5 so we could all take care of our own needs. We struggled with the air conditioner and washer/dryer unit. I wonder if instructions could be left on how to use both of these to help future renters. There are fans in every room that were a huge support for sleeping and cooling off when we were hot from the July heat and humidity. We would recommend this unit to other renters and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, great location

The rooms are nice and large- very comfortable for a family and a treat for everyone to have their own space. Bathroom was incredibly clean and has a wonderful large double sink and separate large tub and shower. Kitchen is well appointed- everything you need is right there. There are many little shops and great restaurants in the area so you will have no trouble finding what you need. We were able to walk easily to all the major sites due to the great location. We were there in July, and had no issues with the temperature- fans were useful. The checkin instructions were a bit confusing- they refer to opening a third door to get into the building with a key when in actuality it is a fob you place on a matching receiver- took us forever to figure that out. Be aware that the windows look at the entrance to the parking garage in the building so you will have noise and light from that at night in 2 of the bedrooms and you can’t keep the windows open for safety. Also, if you have mobility issues the elevator is very tiny so be prepared for multiple trips- there are stairs at multiple points. Instructions on the washing machine would be helpful- I think it was supposed to be a washer/ dryer combo but it was not clear and didn’t work well. If you are from the us be advised that the shortest load takes 2.5 hours to wash(!!) and you may resort to hanging your clothes and blow drying them. All that said, a good stay in a great spot with loads of space- thank you!
