⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the 2nd floor with no lift: luggage has to be carried up the stairs, which can be difficult with heavy suitcases. This access may not suit elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* The neighbourhood is residential, but some of the surrounding streets can feel unsettling in the evening, especially for people travelling alone.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in Bagnolet, on the edge of Paris, a 3-minute walk from Robespierre metro station (line 9), in a clean and cosy 30 m² (323 sq ft) studio with an equipped kitchen.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
