## Logement
This apartment, located on the fifth and top floor with elevator, is quiet, bright and through-viewing.
It comprises :
- three bedrooms with three double beds ;
- a practical, fully-equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub;
- and a lounge area with a dining area where you can relax and enjoy your meal in peace and quiet.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, parking, PRM access, TV, tumble dryer, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fan, iron, fridge, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

The apartment is located in the town of Montreuil, but on a street that separates Montreuil and Vincennes. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you're in the center of Vincennes, which offers a wide choice of quality local shops (Italian delicatessens, butchers, bakers, chocolatiers, patisseries...).

Vincennes is a very pleasant, family-friendly town. The Château de Vincennes, a 15-minute walk from the apartment, offers tours and workshops for children during school vacations. The Bois de Vincennes is less than 20 minutes away on foot.

On the Montreuil side, Bas Montreuil boasts a host of artists' studios in the streets adjacent to the apartment (open house in October). 15-minute walk to the Centre Tignous d'art contemporain (rue de Paris, Montreuil). Salon du livre et de la presse jeunesse de Montreuil, held every year at the end of November (15-minute walk from the apartment).
Central Paris can be reached by RER A or metro Line 1 in less than 20 minutes.

## Emplacement
Located in Montreuil, Le logement is close to the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The 20th arrondissement is a lively, bustling, popular and friendly neighborhood. It's home to a large number of theaters and cafés-théâtres. You can find everything from punk rock to ethnic music, particularly in the vicinity of Bagnolet, south of the cemetery, and Ménilmontant, around the hill and avenue of the same name. The district's main tourist attraction is the Père Lachaise cemetery.
