This was my second stay at Simon's Boutique Hotel this year (8 days, 3 days). I can't wait to go back. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable, and I always sleep well. I am 80 years old. It is so close to the Gare du Nord, too. The Marx Dormoy metro stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Good Hotel, good service & location. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with several options. The King size room was great especially on the E level floor. Merci Nora & team. The hotel is in a diverse community of Paris 18 surrounded by great restaurants & local spots . Great Vietnamese, Indian, African restaurants & Aux Bonne Grill Paris. Several boulangeries with in walking distance & fresh produce as well as bar around he hotel. Nord Nord was not that bad. Will recommend Aux Bonne Grill for fresh grill meal. Also the hotel is with in walking distance to buses, Gare de Nord & green line. Will definitely book it again. See you next time!

The hotel is new and was clean and easy to get to by subway or bus. I also walked a lot too. There is an easy to use laundromat across the street and that was especially nice as I had been travel awhile and needed to wash clothes. I found it convenient to everything I need and wanted to do.

Nice to stay

This hotel is located in an area where many people say you shouldn’t stay. But I don’t really understand why they say that. It’s a neighborhood with many Middle Eastern immigrants, but it doesn’t feel dangerous at all. The streets are lively, and best of all, the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 12, so transportation is very convenient. The hotel is also clean and reasonably priced.

Great hotel close to transportation ( train station) It’s a vibrant and ethnically diverse area. You’re in the city not a suburb. Never once felt unsafe. Don’t know why others complain. The hotel space was great and beds and linens really nice. Would stay again if coming to Paris!

Hotel is very well done inside, and looks new. Staff was very friendly and helped us planned our excursions. Breakfast buffet is very well done. Driving to it and parking is a little tedious. Make sure to read the parking instructions well before attempting to get into the parking garage. Very close to the Metro which makes it very easy to get downtown to see all the main tourist attractions.

The first room I was, wasn’t good at all, no wind blind, spoke to staff on duty, he wasn’t kind, said he couldn’t change it, I fell faced down completely, he pretended not to see me, however, other staff were good. Local shops nearby and WiFi was available

The property is well situated for a convenient metro line. It is spotless inside and the staff so welcoming The rooms at the back are very quiet but the ones on the front are noisy. Plenty of eating options locally and it is near gard du nord

Convenient to the metro and Great room

I give this hotel the highest rating because the room was clean, comfortable and quiet… Nicer than I expected… Breakfast was plentiful and had good options. My only complaint was there was screaming and fighting outside on the street very late on Saturday night and the police came. There was also screaming the night before. I did not let this affect my rating… But it is good to be aware. I also would suggest taking the metro there from the train station… The walk felt a little sketchy with luggage. Overall great experience.
