Our newly renovated mezzanine studio (17m²) is the perfect Parisian pied-à-terre, right in the heart of the city!
This charming retreat, with exposed antique beams, is bright and features two double-glazed windows. It is ultra-functional and ideal for stays of 1-3 people. Upon entering the studio, you’ll find the living area with an extendable table, closets, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave). Finally, the shower room includes a vanity unit, WC, and washing machine.

The Neighborhood:
The location is in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city, close to numerous restaurants, bars, and major concert halls and theaters (New Morning, Splendid, Grand Rex, Comedy Club, etc.).

You'll also find plenty of markets, specialty food shops, and one of the most renowned bakeries in Paris.

Getting Around:
Access is very easy, allowing you to reach all the major Parisian tourist attractions within minutes (Louvre, Opéra, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, etc.).

Metro lines: 4, 8, and 9 (Strasbourg–Saint-Denis), as well as 5 and 7 (Gare de l’Est).

Parking is just a 3-minute walk away.
