Je n'avais pas compris que ce n'était pas un hotel, mais une boite à clé sans accueil physique. Heureusement l'hote a répondu très rapidement. Mini cuisine très pratique bien équipée. Le seul problème: le bruit: à chaque passage du métro le sol tremble et des travaux sont en cours coté cours.

There is no presence of reception personnel and just received text time to time. I couldn’t leave the luggage the day of checkout because of no receptionist and no communication.

Great location, clean room, nice compact kitchenette, lovely shower. Tight space, no air con and couldn't open the windows! Frustrating tv with terrible screensaver that we had to switch off behind the monitor.

The room was as described: very small, but it included a kitchen unit and a reasonably spacious bathroom. The aparthotel is in an excellent location, close to several bus stops and metro lines, and the layout makes good use of the limited space. Our room was on the 2nd floor and unfortunately very dark, as it looked out onto a patio rather than a described a courtyard. This was made worse by scaffolding on the building opposite (thankfully, no work was taking place). I imagine rooms on higher floors — 5th or 6th — would get much more natural light. Reception is only available on weekdays, which means there is no option to store bags if you arrive before check-in. At check-in, you must either pay a non-refundable damage fee of €30 or a refundable deposit of €300 — something I don’t recall being mentioned clearly in the booking description. There is no regular cleaning service (though we were kindly offered one during our week-long stay). You’ll also need to request additional supplies such as toilet paper or bin bags. Some downsides: we could hear the metro running beneath the building; the corridor between the exterior and interior apartments had a strange smell (possibly from the rope used as a bannister); and the fresh towels and bed linen had a faint mildew odor. A few extra wall hooks would also be helpful, as the storage provided is limited.

The location is great, but there was no reception desk staff for all days we stayed except for 1, we stayed 3 nights, the desk staff was there only the day we checked out. We had to get our room key with a lock box, there was a code on the door that also unlocked the room they didn’t give us that we had to guess. Hot water for showers was 8 minutes then went ice cold. Otherwise, great.
