We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much for our one week visit to Paris. The neighborhood is perfect-lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Close to Metro to conveniently access all of the sites. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for the three of us (and lots of closet space to hang up our outfits). Also plenty of mirrors for getting ready. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are comfortable for you to get rest after exploring Paris all day

Wonderful Parisian stay

Great apartment in Paris!

The apartment was close to many restaurants and shops. It was also very close to the train stations for ease of getting around Paris. The apartment worked out perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation in Paris

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as listed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby and metro a short walk. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great location and property.

The apartment was wonderful with restaurants and shops so close. There were two metro stops a close walk away which made travel around Paris easy. The apartment was quiet and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Charing Parisian Apartment in a Perfect Location

This beautiful, charming Parisian apartment was the perfect choice for our group of four adults. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of excellent shopping, bakeries, and restaurants. Having two full bathrooms was a major plus, and the simple check-in process and great communication with the owners made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect for mom-son trip

First time in Paris

This apartment was amazing. The location was great, the access to public transportation was awesome and the vibe was cozy. Laurent was such a great communicator and made sure we knew the lay of the land before we even arrived. I would book a stay at this apartment next time I am in Paris... you should, too!

A Perfect Parisian Experience

We stayed a week in this beautiful Paris apartment. Everything was seamless and easy. The apartment is in a perfect location close to all of the traditional attractions and museums, but also some of the coolest things about Paris. The oldest bakery in Paris is just around the corner on Rue Montorgueil along with scrumptious cafés and bistros. If you enjoy shopping, there are numerous boutiques and stores within walking distance, or a metro stop away. The metro stations at Sentier and Reaumer/Sebastopol are literally steps away ,and is very easy to use with the RATP app..

Paris Olympic Vacation

In my opinion, this apartment is located in the best neighborhood in the city! It's a half block from a vibrant street of restaurants and shops that offer fantastic options. The apartment is in a quiet building of residents. The beds were comfortable and the showers were wonderful. Laurent was easy to communicate with and gave EXCELLENT recommendations. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Paris

The apartment is well located in the second arrondisement. Metro, Shops, grocery and restaurants are abundant nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night, place is roomy, bathrooms were excellent. Be advised that its on 3rd floor and the building has no elevator. We very much enjoyed staying here, definitely recommend.

Wonderful Apartment in a Local Neighborhood

The apartment was very comfortable and airy. It was perfect for the three of us. The apartment is very well situated. There is a pedestrian just steps away filed with food shops and bistros. It is also located between two metro stops and walking distance to the train station. However, if you enjoy walking, it’s only about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre.

Lovely apartment in Paris

Perfect location for our family! Near so many restaurants and markets, we wished we had more time to try them all. Very close to the train and the train system in Paris is very easy, so we used it our entire stay. My children enjoyed having their own space. The kitchen was helpful so that we didn’t have to eat all meals out. We didn’t cook but made sandwiches and had snacks on hand. The apartment is very modern with new fixtures. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent stay and fantastic location!

We had a fantastic stay at Laurent's apartment. The location is amazing, not just central to all of Paris and close to 2 Metro stops, but also one block from the lively Rue Montorgueil with so many restaurants and cafes. But the apartment is far enough so that it is quiet, and we also felt safe as 4 women walking around. Laurent's communication was excellent and we had plenty of room for 4 adults - a nice size kitchen and living area to lounge. The description is very detailed, so there were no surprises (example: we knew we would have to manage luggage up stairs). The kitchen and bathrooms are modern. Laurent has a guide book ready to help visitors. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing location and very comfy apartment!

The magic of this apartment is surely the centrality of its location. Rue Montorgueil is just around the corner and you really feel privileged to be so close to all the central Paris sites. Wandering about in any direction is lovely. The apartment is quite nice and well cared for—much more spacious than many. Having separate bathrooms is really luxurious—though the WC in the dining room requires a bit of manufactured privacy (music/tv noise) to be a comfortable user experience. The building offers a full-on Parisien apartment experience with a lovely courtyard and three-floor walk up. The walk up was more challenging for my retired parents than we expected, but they managed. Really this was a perfect apartment for our needs and a fabulous week in Paris!

Highly Recommend

We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it. We found it as pictured, as well as clean, bright, and well heated. (Paris was quite cold at the time.) The blankets and linens were in good condition, but we could have liked 2 pillows per person instead of one. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and newer, working appliances. The legs on some of the dining room chairs were bent, but there were enough extras that we just didn’t use them. The showers were hot with good pressure. The location was perfect for us. That part of Rue Reaumur is quiet, especially at night, but it’s literally steps away from the Sentier metro stop and all the cafes and shops on rue Montorgueil. We’d recommend the cafe on the corner, La Petite Carreaux, and the Eric Kayser boulanger/patissier on the other side. There’s also a Starbucks and McDonalds there, if that’s your thing.

Great stay in the 2nd Arrondissement

Our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 kids age 13-15) had a great stay.Location: Was great for us. We were able to walk up to Montmartre, down to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and over to Canal Saint-Martin. The only places we needed to take a car or public transportion to visit were the Eiffel Tower and Versailles. The apartment was close to many food options. I enjoyed going to Rue Du Nil (individual true local shops for great coffee, boulangerie, cheese, wine shops, etc.) which was just a 2-3 minute walk. There are many food and cafe options on Rue Montorgueil which is a very active and popular street. We ate at Breizh Cafe and picked up food a few nights there.Apartment: was very good for us. Probably /- 700 SF with one bedroom having a toilet and shower en suite and the other having a shower en suite and the bathroom out in the common area. The pictures are representative of the aparent from a furninshings standpoint. Everything is smaller than you expect from the pictures, but we had several dinners at the dining table, cooked eggs for breakfast in the kitchen, and watched TV together in the family room. Beds were comfortable - smaller by American standards if you split them in 2, but our kids slept fine. We did not use the clothes washer laundry only 5 mins walk away which is open 7 am - 10 pm. The apartment was perfect for us (nice inside, we felt very safe, beautiful courtyard, quiet throughout the day when we were ther as well as when we slept.Host replied quickly.

Bright, large, and convenient

We were grandparents traveling with two grandchildren (8 and 12 years old) on their first trip to Paris. The location of this apartment was excellent; about a block away from the Rue Montorgueil street market, with bakeries, a variety of shops, and restaurants. The Seniter and Reaumer Metro stops are nearby and Les Halles is about a 15-minute walk. The light, bright, and airy unit was on the 3rd floor; the biggest drawback was the 67-step spiral staircase up to the unit (no lift in the building). However, Jim, the property greeter, met us upon check-in and greatly assisted with getting our luggage upstairs. A well-equipped kitchen made for convenient meal preparation and grocery stores were within a 5-10 minute stroll. The two, separate bathrooms worked well for us. It was nice having a TV with a variety of international channels, rather than just a streaming TV. While the washing machine locked on us, with our clothes inside, the owner was very prompt and extremely attentive on satisfactorily resolving the issue (we understand he has now replaced the defective machine). The owner's service and attention were truly remarkable - we were very impressed and would return again!

Best Location in Paris

You can’t beat this location. Walk a half block and turn left or right and you will be swept away by cobblestone streets and cafes and restaurants and creperies and bakeries and lovely shops. There are several metro stations and bus stops nearby for easy access to all the tourist attractions. There’s also a huge mall about a ten minute walk away. For those who want something familiar from the USA, Starbucks and McDonald’s are right at the corner. I also walked four minutes to Neoness Gym on Grenata every morning. Ten euro for a day pass but worth it for all the best cardio and weights- and very clean. The apartment isn’t super spacious but had enough room for myself, my husband, and four “kids” ages 16-26 to comfortably stay. It was clean and newly renovated with comfortable beds, good closet space, and great bathrooms. The host is excellent with communication! He will cheerfully answer all your questions. And his guidebook is very helpful. Also check-in was easy. The one source of confusion for us was the laundry machine. There is a detailed information sheet but somehow none of us could figure out how to get it to do exactly what we wanted it to do. I ended up washing my clothes twice somehow when I meant to wash them and then JUST dry them…and my son set it for 30 minutes and…. two and a half hours later it was still running. My daughter hung all her clothes to dry, not wanting to mess with it. But that was minor. I highly recommend this listing!! Great stay!
