Welcome to our sublime 22 m2 studio located on the 2nd floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Central location: You will be ideally located for exploring Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants and tourist attractions are within a short walking distance.

Kitchen equipment: The studio is equipped with an American kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.

Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
