  • This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the commercial rue du commerce. . This residential district has easy access to transportation with the Dupleix ( line 6), the Motte Piquet Grenelle ( line 6, 8 and 10 ) and the Champs de Mars Tour eiffel metro stations ( RERC direct to Versailles) . The Seine river bank is also around the corner.

    The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator consists of a living room which provides a view of the Eiffel tower and a sofa bed ( queen) , a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo , a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed with again the Eiffel Tower view, , a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

    The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

    The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

    The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance ( five minutes) to Eiffel tower, museum du quai branly and Seine river . It is a lovely walk ( 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 10 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees.

    Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Beautiful, quiet apartment with partial view of Eiffel Tower. Family friendly. We loved our stay. Grocery store an Bakery right around the corner. 1 minute walk to Metro for easy access to all sights in Paris.

The apartment was as promised: roomy, with views of the top of tour Eiffel, and close to Metro stops. The neighborhood is quiet, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and with a huge, twice-weekly farmers market (Weds & Sun) just down the street, it's a perfect location for a Parisian getaway!

The appartment is located in a great spot, close to subway, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Nice amenities and check in was very easy. The only issues were the bathroom shower room with sink is very tight. Also, there is no AC but there are fans. It was a little uncomfortable during the hot days.

Amazing apartment with Eiffel Tower view. Quiet neighborhood with lots of things close by, but out of the fray. Host was super with communication and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Location

Close to the Eiffel Tower and easy to get to market shopping days, grocery stores, subway, and bakery. Excellent place for a family of four. The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Perfect place to stay in Paris. Thank you!

Wonderful little apartment in Paris!

We loved this apartment! Great location central to cafes, grocery stores and sites such as the Eiffel Tower. Oliviere was great and very responsive. Well stocked with everything you need for a great stay!

Great apartment, perfect get-away for 2

Cozy apartment in lively area near Eiffel Tower. Lots of great neighborhood options around. Check in was easy and we had a great stay. We weren't in the apartment much but very comfortable. Would recommend.
